I have been going to Dr. Russell for 8 or 9 years now and I love him and my Hygienist Liz. They are both so gentle and they really care about their patients. I had another Hygienist when I first went and she was wayyyyy to rough for me. The receptionist made a note on my file and I now only see Liz. It's great how accommodating they are and that the office is advanced enough to track that and do a lot of appointment tracking via email. It also doesn't hurt that every time I go Liz always compliments my outfits!! The whole office is full of great people who make you feel like you are the only patient!!

They said it was because my insurance was exhausted and they weren't paid enough. Mind You....I called my insurance company and they told me my benefits are always up to date and it never takes them 1 to 2 months confirm coverage!! I worked with the office manager to confirm my final costs and STILL was billed more. STAY AWAY!!!!!! They are Lairs!! Despite this, they refused to provide a basic standard cleaning. Instead, they pushed an outrageously expensive treatment that wasn't covered by my plan (a $600 Peridex "irrigation") this service can cause more harm then good. They were more interested in profiting than providing proper dental care. To add insult to injury when a real dentist did my perio charting they did not match up at all with theirs. They also misdiagnosed cavities. This is a dangerous predatory operation that drains your wallet and puts your health at risk. They wanted to charge me over $800 WITH INSURANCE, over several visits. Meanwhile I had everything I needed done in one sitting including 2 fillings and a cleaning all for $45 at a real dentist. This place is a total scam, RUN.
