Bad experience. My Crown broke off my implant. Had 2 visits with Dr Adornato. He exposed my implant. The abutment was sticking out. He couldn't get it off thought screw broke off in implant. He then told me he would contact my dentist and oral surgeon who put implant in to see what to do. I get a call saying should go back to oral surgeon who put implant in. I don't believe he ever spoke to that oral surgeon. Never asked anyone specifically how to get abutment off. I went to oral surgeon who put implant in. Took him about 20 min to take another xray, get the abutment off and put healing collar in. Oh and there was no screw broke off in my implant. I called Dr Adornnatos off lett msg for him to call me. His receptionist called very rude. I ask for some adjustment to my bill since he didn't do anything to fix issue. She declined. Just kept saying he did alot of research and time with me. He didn't. My 11 year old went in originally nervous and with anxiety until meeting him, as he is good at calming her nerves and walking her through the procedure beginning to end. When I did not think I could be any more pleased with that office I had a surprise call later that evening from Dr. Adornato checking in on her and making sure we did not need anything. Dr. Adornato is the best out there! I have the worst Anxiety when it comes to the dentist. Him and his wonderful staff made me feel comfortable getting my 4 wisdom teeth getting taken out. I was full of nerves the day of the surgery and as soon as they started talking to me they and explaining things in the best way they could it calmed me. They did everything they could to get me comfortable for the surgery. Every couple of minutes till I went to sleep they asked if I was comfortable. When I woke up it was like nothing had happened they treated me like a queen. That same day Dr. Adornato himself called to check on how things were going for me. A couple of days after the surgery I was still dealing with nausea severely and I had paged Dr. Adornato and in minutes he got back to me. I was also dealing with severe pain due to a dry socket and they got me in first thing in the morning that day. Dr. Adornato Is a great Dr. he truly cares for all of his patients.
