This review is going to be for a Groupon purchased back in April 2015 for Microdermabrasion with Follow-Up Facial Treatment that cost me $79.00 dollars. Cons: 1. If you have a busy schedule, like I do scheduling appointments with Ms. Brandy will be almost impossible, she is booked most of the time so good luck finding a time that works for the both of you. 2. I was not able to get the follow up Facial treatment that was included in my Groupon due to again not being able to find a time that worked for the both of us, so I decided it was not worth the fight of finding the right time so I let it go LOL :( 3. She takes a while to text you or called you back to confirm your appointment so you will be wondering what the heck is going on with your appointment for a few hours or maybe days. 4. She works at the Visible Changes Salon in Lodi which is kind of hard to find so Good Luck with that too. Pros: 1. Brandi was very professional and she took her time to explain the procedure 2. The environment of the Microdermabrasion room was very quite and relaxing 3. There was no waiting time, as soon as I arrived for my appointment she was ready to start with the microderm. Conclusion: I Would not buy or come back, or referred friends and family to receive any services from Ms. Brandi R. although she was very professional and knew what she was doing the difficulty to schedule appointments killed it for me sorry THIS ONE IS A PASS. read more

Wow wow wow! Brandi was super. She carefully attached each individual lash extension to my existing (or practically non-existing) eyelash. Her facility was so clean and comfy... WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Brandi is the most unprofessional person I have ever run into. I am a licensed esthetician for over 27 years and I would never treat a client like she treated me. So I have been getting my lashes done by Angie at Serenity Med Spa (AMAZING by the way, who charges only $100 for a full set on a new client and $50 for a fill, and a fill is ALWAYS a new set. Infact when I went to her again after not having lashes for several years she only charged me $50 because I already paid the initial $100) So with that being said, Angie works in Lodi one day a week and I was desperate to get in and she could not get me in for 3 weeks so I found Brandi through YELP and booked an appointment for a fill assuming a full set because that is all I knew and she didn't clarify what constitutes a fill on her website or through text. So I showed up at my appointment time only to find out she charges $75 for a fill meaning she adds just the lashes that have fallen off, wish that was stated somewhere on her website or in a text when I made the appointment. I normally take my lashes off before I go in for a fill to save time, so now I have no lashes on thinking of getting a new set like Angie does only to find out from her that she doesn't work that way and it will be $165...SAY WHAT? Ummm no I am not prepared to pay $165 for a new set. She then said she would still charge me $75 for my appointment even though there were no services rendered. I said no, you may not charge my credit card for services not rendered. She said I signed a contract but that contract stated that I needed to cancel my appointment within 24 hrs or I would be charged. I DID NOT CANCEL! I was there in the flesh at the right time. What boggles my mind is clearly there was miscommunication, Brandi did not communicate with me or on her website what her definition of a fill is until I was at my appointment. Lesson learned! My advice is to stay away from Brandi, there are way more talented professions that are way more affordable, flexible and good hearted! And never use your credit card to book an appointment, even doctors don't do this and this. Save yourself money and call Angie at Serenity Med Spa (209) 981-0840 She only charges $50 for a fill (whole new set) regardless how long it's been in-between! read more

I text Brandi at the number provided on Yelp and she responded quickly and could get me in last minute, today! I was very pleased with her quote for my lashes over the phone so decided based on her price and 5 star reviews I'd give her a shot. I found visible changes salon easily in the alley on school street, downtown Lodi near Bank of America. When I walked into the salon I was greeted by a hair dresser who knew I was looking for Brandi and offered me a seat to wait. Brandi appeared on time and was warm and friendly! I enjoyed a mix of relaxing to the calm music and chatting with her during my appointment. She was much faster and less "face smooshy" than my previous experience getting lash extensions, I really enjoyed it this time opposed to the other times I've had them applied by other professionals. She handed me a mirror and I don't know why I was surprised but they were perfect! Full and even on both sides (believe me this is important!) what a pro! Brandi uses the citrusy eye pads , unlike other places they use this thin Kinda masking tape that rips my skin on the bottom lower lids. The material of the eyelashes are the long and curly soft ones that looks so natural but creates a big glowing impact look from your thin lashes to begin with! Brandi knows what's she's doing an expert already , because you don't lay in there for hours to get done . Very gentle as she does her work . When it's your appointment she does her work for you only. Unlike the others will be sipping soda drinks in between, answer their phone calls or make one .
