Make sure you know your insurance well and all monies that are covered…read more my 29 year old daughter went to see them .. with back pain. they said don't worry your insurance will cover most of it.. call your insurance company to make sure what they'll cover. after 3 visits she felt worse . she stopped going and they immediately billed her for $250 for 3 visit's but while she was still going they kept telling her it won't be much.. This was her first time with her own insurance and not being on our insurance.. we didn't believe she received appropriate care and they office staff obviously was trying to extend what she owed not billing to keep her coming so she would owe more.. then they billed and billed .. then took it to small claims court added a bunch more charges and court costs. Well I looked them up on the courts docket and they had quite a lot of people they were suing . This is a money grabbing technique .. BE AWARE THE $250 she owed now they're saying is $450 with court costs and if you don't pay the judge will garnish her wages! They have their own bill collector Shiela they don't send it to collections because they would lose that money... Reconsider going to this office seek out an honest chiropractor.

I met with Dr. Jen and she was fantastic. She listened to all of my ailments and needs and was a huge help. The front desk staff were also very personable from setting up the appointment on the phone to the in-person visit. I plan on making them my permanent chiropractors and making regular visits going forward. :) They even gave me a nice little gift bag on my way out for my first visit. A nice touch to end the appointment. The initial consultation takes an hour as mine included x-rays and an adjustment. During my last couple appointments, I've noticed that it is hard for them to stay on schedule with assigned appointments. I wasn't seen until 35+ minutes after my assigned appointment time. Without insurance, adjustments are $40. With insurance, it depends on your insurance provider.
