We hired MFL Sliding Doors to service four 10-foot sliding windows that are only three years old. Their technician arrived and immediately claimed that all the wheels needed to be replaced--without even attempting any adjustments--quoting us a ridiculous $6,000 for labor and parts. It gets worse. When he started on the first slider, he removed the existing wheels only to replace them with rusty, used ones from his truck to show us just how "bad" they were. Thankfully, we didn't fall for it and stopped the work paying $1,451 for the parts and labor ON ONE SLIDER. Feeling suspicious, we called multiple other companies, all of whom quoted between $200-$800 for the same job. Several experts confirmed that the wheels did NOT need to be replaced and that MFL flat-out lied to us. A simple adjustment and servicing would have solved the issue. This company is a rip-off, preying on unsuspecting homeowners with dishonest tactics and outrageous pricing. Do yourself a favor and call literally anyone else.

When they came out to install the glass, there was only one technician and I asked if they would be taking the other charge for the other technician off and fixing the invoice. He said no because the other technician was stuck in traffic so I still had to pay for Him not to show up. It was also told me that after installing the glass that the track would be cleaned and it was not. After inspecting the technicians work, I noticed on the bottom of the sliding glass door. He had cracked the frame of the door and left the screw halfway out. I tried calling the shop three times no one answers.
