I absolutely felt like a star and I have the pictures to prove it! Mike's equipment was top of the line (I could tell since I'm a hobbyist photgrpaher). I've had previous shoots before, but nothing as professional as the one with Mike. There was a workstation for hair/makeup, a dressing room, an area for food/drinks - it looked like a shot of America's Next Top Model! I got Bell's Palsy in my second trimester, a temporary paralysis of one side of my face. I let her know ahead of time and she took care to make it seem as if I wasn't affected at all through her careful positioning in both my maternity photos and newborn pictures. We had to reschedule our newborn shoot and she was able to be flexible, even around the holidays. While I was feeding our little man during our photo shoot, she offered to take pictures of my parents and their first grandchild after he was done eating. I'm also kinda self conscious and terrible at 'modeling' or 'posing' but Danika is patient, and works with me to ensure I'm comfortable.
