We started planning together 30 days before my wedding and even though I had 95% of my vendors selected she was still so worth it! Karen called every vendor to review the contract, made sure they were aware of timelines and made sure they all new NOT to contact me with a problem the day of the wedding. Run run run! In June…read more2025, my fiancé and I paid Erica Stevenson dba On the Marquee for event services that were never rendered. Since then, I have made multiple efforts to request a refund, but Erica has refused to return the funds. After being told we would receive a full refund on June 27th and then again on July 4th. Despite the no refund policy she would return all funds since the AC was not working properly and she could not insure it to continue. Most recently, she informed me that she does not intend to refund any money and plans to move locations within three months and open a new business under a different name. After researching further, I discovered multiple online reviews from others who have reported similar experiences, suggesting this may be part of a larger, ongoing pattern of fraudulent business activity. I am providing this information because I believe it is important that consumers are aware of this situation to protect other individuals from being victimized in the same way.
