I was thinking of selling my apartment and had gone to a friend of a friend initially to get a quote on how much my property was worth. Needless to say, I was pretty disappointed with the outcome of that meeting, so my brother referred me to his realtor, to which he had nothing but great things to say! I emailed Brandon I believe on a Friday night and to my surprise he responded right away. He set up an appointment to discuss everything a few days later and it was NOTHING like the meeting I had with the other realtor. Brandon was prompt, very professional, and organized. Not only did he research how much my property was worth, he made sure to compare the other properties around me to make sure we priced correctly and prepared a spreadsheet for me to breakdown the cost of everything and my estimated profit if we sold at the suggested listing price. As we were going over specifics he mentioned that I wouldn't even need to clean the place once I moved out because he would hire a professional cleaner and pay for it on my behalf. I don't know if this is something he does for every client, but as a single mom that was seriously the most amazing thing ever! There were also a couple of things that needed fixing in the apartment, which he handled for me as well as getting me the best price possible.
