He offered to drill couple of holes in the J-Channel around the window frame as this was the problem for the leak and did not charge me for it. I am going to have him fixing couple tiles because it is rare to find someone who is willing to do something for free as it only took him a minute to drill the holes but he did have to figure out the problem for the leak. As an Army veteran, he certain possesses the integrity of a soldier as he could definitely charged me a lot of money by exaggerating the leak problem. They were out to take a look at the roof the next morning and found a significant amount of hail damage & recommended that we file a claim with our insurance, which we did. The insurance adjuster was out a couple of days later, and Escalade met the adjuster to review the damage. We did get a whole new roof on both the house and the large shed. The most amazing thing was the shed it was almost completely covered with vines on one side and tree limbs on the other, I thought I would have to hire a landscaper to trim everything back. But no, these guys brought their own chainsaw and tools and cut everything back off the shed and replaced the roof.
