I am a former mechanic and was looking for a new garage. The first thing I did when checking out Fredericks was look at the shop. It was exceptionally clean and well organized. Everything had a place. They had the latest diagnostic equipment as well as other equipment that showed me they stayed up-to-date on the automotive trade. In other words, I know a great shop when I see one. Add to that the fact that the people at Fredericks are very professional, accommodating and friendly and you have a shop you can depend on. Are they a little pricey? Maybe, but you certainly get what you pay for and if you want some hack to work on your car in some dark, dingy cinder block garage, then have at it. He gave her a hard time for not staying in line in her car, guess sitting in a car for 2.5 hours wasn't acceptable to him. I myself am a double amputee and had a hard time sitting in the same position for that length of time. Yes signs are clearly posted to stay in your car....I get it. But 2.5 hours is unacceptable.
