I went and had a diagnostic spent over 2000.00 on repairs, and within the month my power steering went out. They fixed it and it went out again. At the initial diagnostic they said the battery was weak (the battery was only 2 years old) I replaced it on my own since it was under warranty and it turns out it was my alternator which was never brought up. Now we are having issues with the car again we have it taken to their shop and now it needs a new engine apparently, we get it towed from the shop and find oil leaking which it had no leaks prior, covers taken off and left in the trunk and the spark plugs removed and not put back. I find that truly unprofessional to leave a client's car in worse shape then when it was initially brought in. read more

After a followup with shop, the owner responded by "mirroring" comments with reply's that avoided accepting responsibility for any concerns of failed repairs. Showing an unwillingness to accept responsibility, I found reliable services elsewhere. These professional shops identified improper installation products and repairs, that contributed to electrical failures and mechanical failures. Months later, repairs that were made by BT shop continue to be exposed by improper installation or lack of care when performed/installed. For this reason, I have chosen seek services elsewhere; regardless of any BT shop "warranty". The honesty and integrity of other mechanics whom are reliable and proficient at their job is worth every penny. I feel sorry for anyone who suffers similar outcomes as a result of BT shop services. My only advice is that you video record and take pictures of your vehicle before and after service, as well as ask for an itemized list of all repairs and hours worked per task/item purchased. Their receipts are intentionally vague and lack clarity of task performed; offering only broad descriptions of services. Which enables them to adjust their hours and hide negligible mishaps and bill for them. read more

I had them rebuild the transmission in my '08 F150 4x4 in January of 2023. I deliberately waited until I had over 8 thousand miles on the rebuild before putting up a review. I am VERY satisfied with the work done. The transmission went out on me, with the overdrive slipping. I had to take overdrive off and keep it in 2nd gear to drive it in. The repair price was what I considered fair for the quality of work and parts used. The service was timely- less than a week in total. The quality is not only warrantied by Brandon's Transmission, but the work is still holding: smooth shifting both with and without load on the transmission. The mechanic fixed it in a fast amount of time and the person at the computer (not the owner) said the seal was split. He drained the transmission fluid and installed a new filter. First off I took my truck here for the 4WD system to be diagnosed when the owner failed to tell me he was going to take a 2 week vacation so first part of my bad experience was they held my truck for over 3 weeks. 2nd thing is when I took my truck in to have the 4wd CPU/system checked out they misdiagnosed it as the actuator being bad, so they ordered the parts went to change out the actuator to find the transfer case was no good (supposedly) but the actuator was ok. They found a Toyota Service Bulletin that said the part # of the transfer case and 4wd CPU had superseded to a different part #. Brandon calls me on the phone and gives me a quote of $6000.00 to replace the two parts and seal my leaking oil pan (which I gave him 8QTS of 5W/20 Royal Purple oil and a K&N oil filter to replace with) I told him this is way too much for me to afford so he gets a quote on a non superseded (old part#) transfer case from a junk yard which still came out to over $4k. I knew something was up then so I called every Toyota dealership in CA. to confirm prices and part #'s on these upgraded/superseded transfer case's and 4wd CPU parts, only to find that the part superseded 2 times not just once and I can get the brand new transfer case and new 4WD CPU for cheaper than Brandon quoted me on the used old parts from the junk yard! Once I realized these guys where trying to screw me over I went down to Brandon's shop to make sure they had the right parts and sure enough they ordered the old transfer case and a old 4WD CPU parts and not the new superseded parts which actually fix the problem, so I told Brandon to take the parts back and I would order and pick up all the parts for him to install because they were trying to charge me more for a junkyard part than the dealership was charging me for a brand new superseded parts. I think this made him mad that he didn't rip me off right then and there so of course he was going to have his revenge. So I finally get the parts to him, takes him another week to install my transfer case and change the oil in my truck and seal the oil pan in which he just sloppily put silicone around the outside of the oil pan and that's all. I got my truck back after they installed the new transfer case and 4WD CPU after a month of them having my truck. I then immediately noticed a weird sound coming from the transfer case, so I babied my truck for a few days slowly driving it around town hoping the noise would go away, well on my way home one day just a few days after I got my truck back from them it made a loud snap then grinding noise coming out of the new transfer case so I took it back to their shop immediately. Brandon claims nothing to be wrong with the transfer case and says I blew up my rear differential and that's the noise but keeps saying for some reason "I put the right oil in the transfer case so it should be good?" So I take my truck to a good friend and even better gear guy who rebuilt my rear differential and had him take it apart to see what's wrong with my rear differential. "Nothing" he says. I finally figured out that it was Brandon's Transmission and their staff who either aren't smart enough to know oil goes into a transfer case and didn't put oil in it when they installed it or they didn't put oil in it on purpose to destroy the new transfer case, my rear differential, & transmission which is what would have happened had I not figured out something was wrong. They also stole the 8 quarts of Royal Purple Oil and K&N oil filter I gave them to put into my truck because when I got my truck back I checked the fluids and there was some really old dirty oil in my truck that I know I don't use that they purposely put into my truck to ruin it! Brandon brags to me about how he has machines that easily put used oil back into anything. Also they drained my radiator and messed with the front axels so those are leaking now as well.After I got my truck back from them I also noticed that my oil pan is still leaking because the ghetto/sloppy silicone job they did on my oil pan didn't seal anything! The people who work here are shady and so is Brandon!!! Rip off mechanics at best! They also had been talking to another dealership which had ripped me off for a transmission before and this is the reason I think they treated me this way because another business slandered my name to Brandon and his cronies. I know this because the mechanic John smart remarked to me one day about my truck the same exact thing that the dealership used to say after they ripped me off I even stated something to them as Brandon and Honda John where laughing at me then all of a sudden Brandon stops laughing and says "No we haven't been talking to those guys, we just like to joke with our customers". Real funny haha. So in the end my truck needs more work now than it did before I took it to these slackers/scammers that ripped me off completely. CONSUMERS BEWARE THIS BUSINESS IS OWNED AND RAN BY CROOKS! read more
