That's good customer relations - giving the customers a break here and there to focus on the human aspect of the business. Pulled a cylinder head here once and they happily accepted my offer for it, well below the quoted price of most places. Don't hassle you and the place has a nice big parking lot so you'll never find yourself SOL - unlike Aberdeen. All in all, I give these guys my business any day of the week.
