I wish I had paid attention to these reviews. I got screwed out of $1100 by this shop on my RV. I…read morehad my RV into a towing company who tried to straighten out my electrics. I had the RV in storage for 10 yrs and then I repl batteries but no start. Towing Co go it started. However there was a drain because the starting batteries would go dead in 2 days. Drove it to Freightliner and Duh they said the batteries had no charge (they reported 16% ) so they did a load test without recharging batteries. They charged me $300 for the diagnostic and then $200 for a pair of batteries and $200 to install ($700). Then they began to do what I asked them to do, but wait, the towing company had put some of the house wiring on the starting batteries so they said they were not allowed to deal with that. So they put everything back together and said they could not trace down the drain. And charged me $300 for that diagnostic even though doing the first diagnostic they knew exactly what wires were on the different batteries. $1100 down the drain and all I have for it is a pair of batteries that I do not need. I took the original batteries to the selling dealer and he did a real load test and gave me written reports on how the batteries were testing out at better than new. Now with the coach at a Newmar dealer they have informed me that the battery drain is from chassis related equipment and I need to take it to a chassis repair shop. NEVER GO NEAR FREIGHTLINER OF SWEDESBORO. You will regret it.
