None of these junk yards really know if the transmissions they are selling you are good or bad because half the cars they pull them out of are destroyed. The only thing you can hope for is that the yard stands behind there transmissions and replaces them if there is a problem. Fenix will do everything in their power to put you through the ringer sending videos, pictures, codes, fluid samples, invoices, etc... This is all fine but when you send them everything they need they take a full week to get you an answer and half the time the answer is "We need more videos". Then if the warranty is not approved they do t let you know. They just don't call you back. I have read other reviews and this seems like common practice with them

I went on Thursday to get a appointment for Monday morning. Monday morning I arrived at 7:30 with the intention on getting an early start, not knowing the place opens at 7:30 but the mechanic doesn't start until 8:30. Ok so I go home and come back at 8:30 with all the parts and explained what i needed done to the mechanic. They told me not problem it would be done around 12:00. At 1:00 I decided to get a ride down there to find out that it wasn't touched yet so much for making a appointment. Lost a half days pay so I wasn't happy with the service. Good luck dealing with these guys. You can make your own decision is you want to deal with them. There are a lot of other places that need the work and to support. Guess they don't care. Told them I'll take the work to somewhere else and they had no problem with that. Good luck stay safe

Its not covered under warranty go figure. Then they say they can fix the driver side and we can pick it up. Its been 2 days now and Noone from sansone has updated us on what's going on. I end up calling and they transfer me to a number that apparently nobody is in the office. I asked for a rental atleast that they should let us use until it is fixed but they want us to pay for that. Service here is un real. Thanks Alot.
