The ladies at the front have great communication when it comes to my appointments and understanding my billing and what my insurance does and does not cover! If you ask and they don't know, they will find the answer for you. Michelle is the most thorough hygienist I've had and has great conversation. She is super helpful with any questions I may have and always gives me great advice when it comes to my dentistry health. Dr. Cicorelli is also very involved in her patients health plans and cares deeply for her patients and staff. I've been with this practice for about 2 years and wont be leaving anytime soon!

I have now spent over $12,000.00 in their office in less than a year on root canals and crowns (with INSURANCE). Both crowns have fallen out in less than 6 months (2). They are the wrong shade and do not match the other teeth (very white and obvious). They recemented them back in (charged and billed insurance/running up my benefits for the year on work that was already paid for, upwards of 4,000 a tooth). I could not have booked an appointment due to their cancellation policy. Mind you, I spoke directly to the office and note my chart that I had not cancelled my appointment and yet they continue to state I did not cancel within 48 hours of said appointment and therefore they BANNED me from making appointments. So, here I am with a mouth full of VERY EXPENSIVE, mismatched, broken teeth, in pain, and cannot even make an appointment for repairs. I can only call on Wednesday's and hope for a cancellation. My last visit to Crescent resulted in a perfectly good lower molar that was drilled down and cracked in half, while the dentist was recementing my upper molar crown back in. So now, another dental repair to a good tooth that is now broken. I have since obtained a new dentist, reputable, reasonably priced, and in the process of having the $12k worth of work done at Crescent Dental redone as the new dental provider stated they did a root canal and crown on the upper molar that is not viable. I need to start an implant process ($6k) to replace the unnecessary $5k upper molar that Crescent did in March of 2026, basically now an $11,000k tooth, not to mention the cost of the office visits for repairs. I was informed by new dentist in June that the tooth should never have had a root canal and crown as it would not have worked. Money thrown away on a useless, expensive crown. I have reached out to my dental insurance as Crescent was submitting claims that were not valid, such as a mouth guard, office visits, xrays, etc. They are investigating Crescent Dental for false claims. I DO NOT RECOMMEND CRESCENT DENTAL or any of its affiliates as they are shady. They do not do good work, cause more harm than good, unprofessional, rude, and simply looking to get paid. Yes, they are more expensive than a regular dentist as he is a Priemer Dentist, meaning he submits claims at the highest billing rate and you get stuck paying more than other dentist and runs down your allotted benefits for the year. It is unethical. MEDICAL MALPRACTICE!!!!

I believe it was last year I did a consultation that I had to pay for. They the ghosted me and wouldn't be straight forward. The doctor reached out to me personally and apologized and told me to give them another chance. So in June of this year I went back and had to pay the consultation fee AGAIN. Its now been two months of chasing them and now they want to send me a quote for double what I was told. Thats it, im done. Do not go to these people. They are an absolute joke.

On the day of the appt, he called to see if the time could be moved up as he was feeling anxious about the appt. They told him to come in 45 min earlier than his original appt. It takes about 30 min to get there and we left in ample time. About 20 min into the ride, he received a phone call from them stating they were cancelling the appt because the dr was not in the office. Don't you think they knew that first thing in the morning? So I asked to speak with a supervisor and was put on hold. I turned my car around and headed home. After about a 10 min drive towards home, she came back on the phone and asked me if I was still coming up there. I said no what was the point. She said she couldn't get the supervisor but she spoke with the hygienist and she said they would make an exception to using the sedation and go ahead with the cleaning. I turned around and headed back to the appt. No sooner did I get off the exit and according to my GPS, we had 4 min to get there, my grandson received a call from them stating they had to cancel the appt as the machine was broken! I asked them to have a supervisor call me. this was at 11:15am. By 3:00 pm, I did not get a return call, so I called again. I feel I was getting the run around and left another message. The supervisor called me back a short time later. She was very apologetic and said she would get to the bottom of things and scheduled an appt for the following Monday morning (today) for 10:15am. She assured me that they would check everything and all would be good for his appt. So today we left the house again in ample time, got to the appt only to be told there was no appt for him! Did the supervisor forget to put him in the appt or did the office take him out? I told her to call the supervisor and talk with her. After speaking with her they put him on the schedule and we went to the waiting room. After waiting for about 20 minutes I went to the desk and asked when he was going to be called back. She said I'll be right back. I waited 5 minutes and she said someone will be out in a few minutes. Guess what???????? They cancelled the appt AGAIN because the sedation machine was broken!!!!!!! They handed me the folder with his xrays in it and a phone number for a different practice to take him to get his teeth cleaned with sedation. I called to speak with the supervisor and pushed the button on the phone for new patients. I was holding for over 30 minutes. Is this the way they treat new patients or any patient for that matter. I didn't leave any message. I called later and was told that she wasn't available and would have her call me back. That was 2:00. It is now ALMOST 4:00 and no call, so I called again and was told she left for the night as the office closes at 4:00 but the website says 5:00. This is not a practice that I will associate with as the staff in the office are not very organized. The supervisor told me that they prepare during the week for the next week to make sure everything is ready. It's quite clear this is not the case. Not only that, but the hold time for this practice is way too long for any patient to be put on hold. The practice as far as I could see was not very busy and the receptionist was not continuously having to answer the phones. So where is the problem? Not sure but I'm not staying around to find out. I am considering other options. I have contacted the owner of the company and can only hope he will call me back.

She could not get it to fit, you could see through the white to the dark base because she removed too much of it in an effort to make it fit. It did not stay on. She was very nice and offered to order yet another crown and do it again, but after three attempts I gave up and went and paid full price again to have another dentist do it. I have had five other crowns done and never had problems like this. The hygienist was nice, and not terrible but also far from the best I have had. I would avoid this dentist.
