Staff was nice, but had very little knowledge of the town . Weird overnight experience. Breakfast was prepackaged doughnuts, muffins , bagels, cereal, the worst coffee ever. Food from a quick stop!

Located in Petersburg just out side of Springfield Il. We used the Loft as a "home base" while venturing out to see all the sights the area had to offer. There are plenty of shops to visit within walking distance of the loft with something to offer for most. Enjoy the microbrew next door or the awesome Mexican restaurant just down the block. We visited Springfield daily on our 3 day stay soaking up the local history at Lincoln's New Salem village as well. The price was right, the stay was awesome, the sites were unforgettable.
