I found myself in Springfield, a place I'd never been, I rely on Uber and Lyft to get me around when I travel, but in Springfield, there weren't any. That's when I have The Transporter Services a call. I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. I booked two trips with this company, one for my client ( that was a last-minute request) and a personal trip to take me to the airport at 3 AM Everything was seamless from the moment I made the booking until the end of the ride. Arrived on time, with a warm and friendly greeting, and helped me with my luggage. The car was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making the journey enjoyable (He even had cold waters and snacks available)! Throughout the journey, Aaron Leavell (the owner and founder) was professional and courteous, always ensuring I was comfortable and had everything I needed. I recently had the good fortune to travel with LeaVell' with his Transporter Services Company. From the outset, I was reassured that every detail of my trip would be handled efficiently and with unparalleled care, and I must say that LeaVell' exceeded expectations in every area: Reliability: I was told that as soon as I paid the transportation fee, my transportation would be reserved for me and that I could rest assured that there would be no cancellations; that he would personally assure my safe travels from Springfield to the STL airport in plenty of time for my flight to Miami. I was concerned that the brewing winter storm might cancel the trip, but it did not. I had requested a pick-up time of 4 am and at precisely 4 am, my doorbell rang. LeaVell arrived promptly and began taking my luggage to his very comfortable SUV. Professionalism: In addition to arriving promptly at my home, LeaVell' drove us comfortably and safely to the door of the airport for curbside check-in, had us wait in the car while he went and printed our boarding passes, got our luggage checked, and secured our wheelchair assistants. He even tipped the wheelchair assistants himself! Unbelievable! Comfort: LeaVell' showed us unmatched comfort on a wintry night. As soon as we were settled in for the ride, we were offered an array of juices, teas, and water to enjoy in his reclining seats. He made sure his vehicle's temperature was comfortable for us while he tried his best to find the kind of music that we would enjoy (which he did). On the return trip, we had more delicious drinks, but this time, he added Gatorade and chocolate chip cookies. He offered to make a Wal-Mart stop if we needed to, before reaching home. LeaVell also took us to get something to eat at a restaurant that he knew would be pleasing, with fresh, delicious food. He went above and beyond to ensure that we had a completely fulfilling trip! In short, I felt safe and cared for, two factors of utmost importance when traveling, especially with my family, and especially in the winter. I must start off by saying that Mr. Leavell at the transporter services company provided my mother some of the most outstanding care I've ever seen provided to anyone let alone an elderly person who was frail and needed assistance traveling from Springfield IL to New York City. Mr. Leavell had helped me earlier in the year to get from Springfield to Bloomington to catch a plane back to New York while visiting my mother who was sick. Upon making this connection with him, he again helped in the most amazing way by helping to get my mother in November of 2023 from Springfield IL safely to the airport in St. Louis MO and eventually New York City. His thoughtful, kind, and conscientious care cannot be adequately captured in words. This man is a professional through and through. It seemed to be fate that I would meet this man, who happened to have a medical transportation license, at a time when my mother was very ill, and I needed someone to help me physically get her into a vehicle that she had not been in for over six months. Once we were in the vehicle preparing head out of town to St. Louis, he made a quick stop at a store, and I wasn't sure why or for what. When he came back to the vehicle, he had procured two different types of neck supports for my mother to have on the plane. He never asked for reimbursement and when I offered, he insisted it was something he wanted to provide and would accept no compensation. Who does that? You can't make this up. The level of professionalism was outstanding but the human connection and empathy that he had for my mother and me as we were going through this difficult experience was remarkable. I've only written two reviews in my life; one was for the nursing home where Mr. Leavell was instrumental in getting my mother transported to in New York to be able to receive the care that she needed during her final days. The second is this review of the services I was provided during the year of 2023 and especially in November when this man helped get my mother safely into a vehicle to be driven 100 miles to then be safely brought into an airport so she could be transported to New York to be closer to her family. I haven't been able to write this review until now as the last months have been so very difficult leading up and following my mother's death. My mother passed away about a month ago. But she was here close to her family, and I give credit and praise and appreciation to the Transporter Services and specifically Mr. A. Leavell, because without him I don't think this could have happened. I cannot say enough about this company and the quality services that they provide.
