The decor of the room I booked contained Branson history and added to the entire charm of my trip to Branson. There were so many thoughtful extras such as a coffee maker with extras for the coffee, the cutest vintage Branson mugs, a few snacks, information on area attractions, shampoo and conditioner and even a small first aid kit and extra toothbrush. In addition to the coffee maker, there was also a clean mini fridge. Each room has a newer t.v. with several channels and it was simple to keep the room at a perfect temperature even in mid-August! This room is walking distance to many great restaurants, the Landing, downtown Branson and nightlife is easily accessible as well. The manager of the property shared some history of the Landmark Inn. This building used to be the train station and they have intentionally kept a lot of that history alive within the walls at the Landmark Inn that adds to the charm. I was able to view a few of the different rooms and the 2-bedroom apartment downstairs. I'm thinking the apartment would be fantastic for any larger gathering as I believe they said it will accommodate 6 or more people (be sure to confirm with host) and has a living area, kitchen and bedrooms. I was able to drink coffee and catch up on emails on the patio both mornings. Ordered DoorDash for breakfast and walked to dinner. You just can't beat the location, cleanliness, historic charm preserved throughout, thoughtful details included and communication with the host was top notch. I can't wait to return to Branson and book my next stay at the Landmark Inn.

It was completely caved in along the edge where you sit to get into bed and in the middle and while comfy soft it was impossible to sleep on your stomach. After first night I asked if we could have another room or if perhaps the mattress could be flipped. They said another room was not open, so they would flip the mattress. This only brought a little relief as I still couldn't sleep on my stomach and now the mattress sloped from the middle to the pillow area, elevating from the middle of the bed to our feet. No idea how the other room mattresses were. If you are a side or back sleeper perhaps this would be no issue for you. We slept in the Notebook room.

The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. We enjoyed evenings on the balcony overlooking the pool area and stream. This is not the closest thing to the strip but not that far either. I found a barbecue place just minutes away called Danna's which is very hometown and where the locals go, but a definite Branson must! We enjoyed the in-room two person hotel tub and the spaciousness of the larger room. We found there was normally someone waiting when the elevator door opened and that could be a challenge for the in season time. The staff was very helpful and even kept a guitar for us so we could check out and still enjoy a morning music show before heading back home to the STL metro area. I would go 5* but not a huge vacation crowd fan and this place will be jammed in season. So go in the less popular times and enjoy a very high quality stay!

The hotel is moderately priced, and the rooms are large with plenty of handicap accessible spaces, all in the area of the public spaces, and of course, plenty of options for those who need access accessible rooms. They offer a very nice breakfast with a large breakfast area and an indoor pool as part of their property. They also have several large spaces throughout the facility that are easy to use as family gathering spots to eat a meal together, etc. The property is very comfortable and we have certainly enjoyed our visits.
