The staff was super friendly and gave us a quick safety run through for the ride. We then loaded into the helicopter with the help of the staff. The pilot and passengers are able to communicate via headset while flying, and the pilot gave a great tour of the Branson strip, and Table Rock Lake and Dam. The flight was smooth and the views were exceptional! It was the perfect way to celebrate our anniversary while seeing the beauty of Branson from above. A truly unique experience, we highly recommend taking a flight on your next trip.

We were additionally given a history of the colorful characters formerly residing In the hotel and were provided access to a free app, that we could use on the tour, showing us the paranormal activity actually taking place right around us. We have been staying at this place before the current owners (Rick & Connie Balsley) had bought it. We have never cancelled without the proper notification and missed (3) years in all of the 15+ years we have stayed there. One year we went to California to visit relatives and the last 2 years we missed because our son is in all year round college and his 1 week summer break did not line up with when everyone from our family was down there. We gave Connie the proper notice and in all actuality greater notice that they request. Connie agreed to roll our deposit since we would be back in 2019 and we moved forward. Well, today we received a letter she and Rick sent stating that they were not going to keep their word and sent back our deposit. These people are untruthful and passive aggressive. There are many other places on Table Rock Lake to stay at and you would be better served to go check them out. The letter they sent was incorrect stating we missed 3 years in a row as we only missed 2 due to our son's college break. I find it sad they can't spell my wife's name after going there for over 10+ years with them as owners .
