I try to select service with any available professional so I can meet everyone and so far there are no favorites because they are all super cool people. I haven't gotten everyone yet but I now assume everyone is just as premium. Adrian, Alyssa, Damian, Justin, all know what they are doing and I leave looking better than I ever have before lol. I also get my nails done which is a first for me and the place just provides a comfortable atmosphere that I feel normal doing it as a guy. Taylor does such a good job and treats me so well that I don't want to do my own nails myself anymore. I probably talk to her too much but she acts like it doesn't bother her and that's how she's winning! The ladies at the front desk let me talk also and Angela, Helen are the reasons I'm leaving a review. Everyone earned a good review and there's still a few I haven't met yet. The place Is small and seems to be popular, when we walked in all 4 barbers where busy cutting someone's hair, we proceeded to wait about 15-20 minutes with no hurry it went by fast. The gentleman that cut my son's hair were professional and pretty fast and did a good job. Price wise I think for a barber shop they are kind of expensive but nowadays everything is expensive, i know rent can be expensive specially in a historic building in Longwood. Booked an appointment same day and accidentally put it in my calendar for the wrong time so I…read moremissed my appointment. I called to attempt to resolve the situation and the first person I spoke with said I would not be charged but he couldn't actually resolve it so I needed to call back later. Called later and the woman I spoke to refused to allow me to speak with a manager and only told me that the owner is very strict on this and so she would be immediately charging my card for missing the appointment. I asked 3 times to speak with a manager and she refused to allow me to speak with anyone else and didn't even listen to my explanation of what had occurred. Horrible customer service.
