I showed it to her but she wanted me to hand it over for copying. She had not asked my permission but rather rudely informed me that they need to copy my DL. Why? She had no answer but another person came forward & told her that it's enough to see the ID. She continued to argue but I held my ground. My insurance company informed me later that they do NOT require this. In fact they are more concerned about the dental office charging for services not provided. So I should get itemized copy & watch out for what's being charged to me. I know four other people who are "customers" of Dr Morris. None were treated in this manner. I felt very insulted by the discrimination & rudeness by this woman. No one at that practice had been rude to me before so it was indeed a shock. Perhaps Dr Morris need to hire better trained people with public relations skill. I am a paying customer who always try to be extra polite to the staff there. I expect the same courtesy back to me.

I had no pain coming from the tooth before the crown after the crown I had discomfort and pain after chewing. I went back 2 or 3 times with the problem they did an exray and some kind of adjustment that did nothing. I was told it did not have a lot of support in that area because a few missing teeth and this was the problem. This is bull because I had no pain or discomfort before his so called crown. If this is how they do business they should not be allowed to practice Dentistry in my opinion.

I was appalled by Dr. Andrew's demeanor and actions during our most recent visit. My daughter (3…read moreyears old) is a bit shy and takes a few minutes to warm up to people. The hygienist, Sarah, was wonderful and took the time to ask questions and check my daughter's stuffed animal's teeth so that she would know what to expect, and in return, my daughter felt comfortable with her to begin speaking and climb into the dentist chair. After waiting over 20 minutes into our appointment time (appointment times are blocked in 30 minute increments there), Dr. Andrew came in, asked me a few questions, and then raised the chair and started putting the back of it down. My daughter at that point became nervous and tried to sit up to move away from him (he was lowering the back of the chair between his legs, which was too close to a stranger for her comfort, as he had barely acknowledged her at that point). He asked her once if she would put her head on the head rest, and when she hesitated, he reached over, grabbed her by the arms, and began dragging her to the top of the chair while she began panicking, and forced her onto her back and then held her there between his legs with his hands forced in her mouth. She, understandably, began crying and trying to get away, and he proceeded to tell me that "kids often first exert their will around their mouth, so if she cries and screams and says it hurts, she's just really learning to exert her will and isn't really hurting". Needless to say, I was livid, as I would probably have reacted the same way to a complete stranger pulling me underneath him and forcing his hands in my mouth! He had no patience nor did he try to explain what he was going to do when he saw her start to get nervous, and he made a stressful experience far worse by manhandling her (not to mention his choice of sitting with her head right at his groin was questionable at best). I spoke to the office manager afterward, who agreed to look into the situation further, but while she apologized for our poor experience, she also insisted that they always leave enough time in their appointments so that the child can have a positive experience and feel comfortable. I confirmed with her that 30 minutes had been set aside for the appointment this morning. However, despite her claims that they always run on time for there to be adequate time for the appointment, we spent the first half of the appointment time waiting in the waiting room before we were taken back to a room, and Dr. Andrew did not come into the room until there was five minutes left of our appointment time (his hygienists came back a few times and apologized for the delay, so they seemed aware that there was a delay) and seemed to be in a rush. When I mentioned this to the office manager, she insisted that they always stay on schedule and their schedule is made so there are no overlapping appointments (clearly not the case though, since 25 minutes of our 30 minute appointment was spent waiting for Dr. Andrew, and our appointment was first thing in the morning). We won't be returning to this practice, and highly recommend that anyone who has a child who is nervous about going to the dentist takes their business elsewhere, as Dr. Andrew may confirm that their fears of the dentist are indeed valid!

Dr Brar and team have been taking care of me for over six years and for that entire time my experience has been nothing but stellar. Today we completed the crown and bridge work that started three months ago with the installation of five implants. I spent 2-1/2 hours in the chair experiencing Dr Brar's uncompromising pursuit towards perfection which resulted in a most natural look and natural bite one could ever hope for. I had my appointment and was billed 1,000 dollars. I was then told they do not take my insurance at all. They refused to listen to me when I explained my son was having pain in his teeth. They drilled a chip in his front tooth and tried filling it. That came out within a week. They did it again and the same issue. I was told not to worry about it, it's fine. His tooth is now breaking down and causing a ton of pain and they refused to help. They even canceled my children's future cleanings. Awful to work with and care solely on the bill they can send you. At first, I was happy with the work, since my smile was much better. Unfortunately, I was in for a rude awakening. This office doesn't stand behind their work. Their 5 year 'warranty' means nothing to them.  I've spent the last 3 years not being able to eat with my front teeth, being worried every single day that my tooth would fall out, because it's done just that for 3 years. The tooth has fallen off every 3-6 months for almost 3 years now. Every time it happens, the doctor denies that anything is wrong with it and just re-cements it back on knowing it'll fall off in another 3-6 months. Each time I've asked for it to be actually fixed but was told that "nothing was wrong with it". Knowing full well that something was indeed wrong with it because a crown shouldn't fall off continuously.  When I pushed to have something be done with it, they tried dropping me as a patient and tried getting me to sign an NDA waiver stating I wouldn't speak of this to anyone. When I said I wouldn't sign anything, they then told me it was "miscommunication" and wanted to see me again. Then when I told them I do not want to be seen in their office because of how they've treated me, they've ignored me for 3 months.   I've seen two doctors since and both confidently told me they could fix it and that something is indeed wrong with it. Now I'm left to have to pay for this tooth fully a second time. Actually, the Dental assistant at the new practice could even see it right away and had two ideas prior to even seeing the dentist!  I am writing this review today, in hopes that someone will see this and it will spare them the time and effort and suffering that this place has put me through.
