My son screamed "I am going to die and help me." Mr. Chow and I believe his daughters were amazing in the three visits so far. They like kids and are very good with them. I showed it to her but she wanted me to hand it over for copying. She had not asked my permission but rather rudely informed me that they need to copy my DL. Why? She had no answer but another person came forward & told her that it's enough to see the ID. She continued to argue but I held my ground. My insurance company informed me later that they do NOT require this. In fact they are more concerned about the dental office charging for services not provided. So I should get itemized copy & watch out for what's being charged to me. I know four other people who are "customers" of Dr Morris. None were treated in this manner. I felt very insulted by the discrimination & rudeness by this woman. No one at that practice had been rude to me before so it was indeed a shock. She told her to stop being a cry baby or she would make her mom leave the room. She calmed down because of the threat, and allowed the treatments to start. She put the nitrous over her nose and she again was scared. Instead of reassuring her she would be okay, she screamed at her and counted to 3. Threaten to turn the TV off and kick mom out if she got to 3. My daughter cried silently and had fear in her eyes. After she finally calmed down, they tried to put something in her mouth to catch any fluids so she wouldn't swallow them. She was very scared of it, and tried to explain that she didn't want it. Again, instead of reassuring her, she and her assistant held her down to the table and forced the "pillow" into her mouth. She screamed and screamed and writhed on the table. She told me that she would calm down in a second. She didn't calm down. Dr. Mina told her she was a naughty girl, told me (mom) to leave the room, and said the TV was going off. My daughter screamed that she was choking her, but Dr. Mina said "you're choking yourself, don't be a baby." We did not finish the treatment, and we will be looking elsewhere for dental work. She has no business being around children, and needs to work on her bedside manner.

The cleaning was done with Samantha and the inspection was done by Dr. Kim. They were both very friendly and I could tell they both enjoyed their job. The care quality was very good! The issues I had was it took awhile to get the necessary new patient paperwork done. I guess there were issues uploading forms. Didn't feel comfortable uploading my drivers license info. Jennifer (the receptionist), did point out it was a secure server. To save time, I would suggest having the new patient forms on their website.

I was told by dr, anthony that I need to put two crowns. And job was awfully done by dr.anthony…read moreagreement. Crowns were UNMATCHED COLORS , FOODS was STUCK UNDER THE CROWN, and they DID NOT cover my teeth! I asked him to fix my crowns. Dr.anthony had to shave my teeth AGAIN to fix his first mistake. Dr had to take off more of my teeth to re-do as supposed to be done at first. Second shaving caused me an awful pain that I had to use antibiotics to calm that pain down. It helped partially. He sent me to endodontics to see if I need to remove the nerve. Yes, unfortunately for me they need to make a hole in new crown to kill the nerve. It would cost $1600. Dr.anthony refusing to take responsibility he did not even came to talk with me! I AM NOT recommending this Dr. eric anthony to anyone, if you looking for professional work to be done, better look in different places! My tooth still in pain!!!
