They were kind and so great with him (he's 6). I will definitely be back for future cleanings and set up my husband and myself. Very friendly staff, clean and nicely decorated. The only downside...they are not in my network, the only thing it meant for me was having to place the claim with my insurance after. So you definitely have to do your due diligence and call ahead. Find out the codes and check with your insurance company if you have anything out-of-pocket.

Their main goal now seems to be to upsell other treatments. The final straw for me was them putting in shorter and smaller crowns on one side of my mouth. The first two I was told that was what they were doing when they put the permanent crowns in, not before. I stupidly did not question it and it wasn't a problem because I had a large molar keeping my bite even on that side. Then, that molar needed a crown. I don't know what happened to the impression they took but the crown was nothing like the tooth it replaced. When I complained about it the dentist was visibly annoyed and told me it didn't matter what shape the tooth was because it only needed to mash food. He said they could re make it but it would be the same. So, I allowed them to cement it in place hoping I would get used to it. Then I noticed my bite was off. At one of my first visits Dr. O managed to make a crown for a tooth that was nearly gone and told me not to put too much pressure on it. At the next visit I had to have them grind down the teeth on that side of my mouth to make my bite a little more even and I mentioned the situation with that crown. And last week my delicate crown snapped off at the gum line while I was eating. It may have happened at some point anyway but the uneven bite surely did not help the situation I don't think I would let them put another crown in my mouth ever. Going to a smaller family owned dentist now. On a positive note the hygienists' are all very nice.

My criteria are firm; I need a capable and compassionate doctor, who works cooperatively with me to maintain my oral health, while not causing me needless pain or pushing cosmetic procedures without identifying them as such. Supporting that doctor must be competent dental Hygienists and Staff. After a few visits I am confident that I have found my new long term dentist and practice. Dr. Sreemali of Souhegan Valley Dental is a very capable dentist and compassionate human being. He does not rush the job or the patient, ensuring that any necessary numbing is complete before beginning work, and being alert to any patient discomfort during the procedure. Dr. Sreemali is willing to explain his recommendations and answer my inevitable questions. His practice also has the latest/best computer aided equipment that I have seen. It is amazing what dental science currently offers patients. Supporting Dr. Sreemali are a team of very nice and capable people who, as I work with each, I continue to be impressed. If you are looking for a competent and caring Doctor of Dentistry, along with a compassionate and competent staff within the associated practice, then I can easily recommend Dr. Sreemalli, and the folks at Souhegan Valley Dental.

I would highly advise to stay away from this dentist office…read more I had 20k worth of work done at this practice almost 3 years ago. I've dealt with nothing but suffering since then. At first, I was happy with the work, since my smile was much better. Unfortunately, I was in for a rude awakening. This office doesn't stand behind their work. Their 5 year 'warranty' means nothing to them.  I've spent the last 3 years not being able to eat with my front teeth, being worried every single day that my tooth would fall out, because it's done just that for 3 years. The tooth has fallen off every 3-6 months for almost 3 years now. Every time it happens, the doctor denies that anything is wrong with it and just re-cements it back on knowing it'll fall off in another 3-6 months. Each time I've asked for it to be actually fixed but was told that "nothing was wrong with it". Knowing full well that something was indeed wrong with it because a crown shouldn't fall off continuously.  When I pushed to have something be done with it, they tried dropping me as a patient and tried getting me to sign an NDA waiver stating I wouldn't speak of this to anyone. When I said I wouldn't sign anything, they then told me it was "miscommunication" and wanted to see me again. Then when I told them I do not want to be seen in their office because of how they've treated me, they've ignored me for 3 months.   I've seen two doctors since and both confidently told me they could fix it and that something is indeed wrong with it. Now I'm left to have to pay for this tooth fully a second time. Actually, the Dental assistant at the new practice could even see it right away and had two ideas prior to even seeing the dentist!  I am writing this review today, in hopes that someone will see this and it will spare them the time and effort and suffering that this place has put me through.

What really impressed me was how Dr. Shetty observed and checked my mouth for cancer on my first time visit- I've never experienced that before and right then and there I knew I was in good hands. Thank you to all of you at Dental Design of NE for making me feel at ease and safe!

Two days before my appointment I replied "sure" to a text and didn't realize I had changed my time that conflicted with my also pre-scheduled VA appointment. I had to cancel my needed VA appointment as I can't afford this unnecessary fee due to their inability to maintain their scheduled appointments.

My wife went in there for a routine cleaning earlier this winter. They did not give her the cleaning and said she needed to get a root canal and sent her to a root canal specialist. We went to the root canal specialist they sent us to the root canal specialist said she does not need a root canal and that she needs to be seen by a periodontist. We made an appointment with them at the main doctor's office to see their periodontist. When my wife arrived the periodontist saw her and said that she should have had a cleaning 3 months ago when she was originally scheduled and proceeded to question her about why she didn't have a cleaning. The Perry odontist then told her that she needed to go have a root canal. My wife told her that it was the dentist in that office. Her partner who had said she couldn't have a cleaning until she had seen a root canal specialist. The periodontist did not communicate with the other dentist in the office nor did they read the records sent over from the root canal specialist saying that she needed to see a periodontist. When we made these statements to the office manager she got incredibly frustrated and rude with us. My wife got me on the phone and I explained the situation once again and asked why there wasn't any communication between the dentist, the periodontist, and the root canal specialist before the appointment and why they were questioning why my wife hadn't had her teeth cleaned and trying to send her back to the root canal specialist. To put it mildly. This whole situation was incredibly frustrating and we were traded quite rudely. We proceeded to make an appointment with them to get my my wife's procedure done with the periodontist. They said they needed to run the insurance and we said okay to them to that. But we wanted an estimate without insurance because we were sure our after reading our insurance the insurance would not cover special procedure by the periodontist. We followed up when we hadn't heard back what the insurance had said we also once again stated that the insurance we had reviewed on our plan would not cover this and we would like a estimate. They said they would have us one in another week. They hadn't heard back from the insurance and we said we'd like to cancel the appointment unless we get an estimate before the procedure. They said they would follow up with the insurance and they said they would get us an estimate. My wife called back on the day they said they would have the estimate the following Tuesday. But they told her that she needed to contact insurance at that point to get pre-approval. When they already said they were doing it 3 weeks earlier. To say the least, this place is poorly run. The office manager does not do her job. There is no communication with dentists inside the office nor is there communication and coordination of care with outside offices even if they have referred you to them and then sent your records back to them after they ran the procedures that they were asked to. If this isn't the only option for you and your network, don't go there because the quality of care from the dentist is terrible. The teeth cleaning is fine. They did a great job. The technicians are good but beyond that I would say this practice is poorly run since it has been transferred over to the new ownership and if there was a way to give it zero Stars I would. We have never seen such horrible care from any sort of medical practice. We were already unimpressed after the practice was transferred over to new ownership over a year ago with the minimal amount of time the dentist would see you during an appointment. It was not impressive and it was already on our list of things to find a new provider and this horrible care sealed the deal
