The quality of this coffee is so good. Rich and incredible. Staff was quick for a busy cafe.

Breakfast Plate, feat. eggs scrambled, and their seasonal compote-- blueberry. Matcha latte, hot.

Nice interior cafe, with bright lighting and also a lot of natural light. Good place for remote work-- but fairly loud with the combination of multiple conversations happening, coffee being ground, and dishes clattering. Found it a little hard to stay focused, but mostly enjoyed the atmosphere. Look forward to coming back.

Service is good. The menu has changed since the last time so I tried the Playdoh Salad. It was yummy. I love arugula but I feel like it always needs to be chopped because it looks like I'm eating spaghetti. I can never get the greens folded on my fork. The potatoes were a bit spicy and salty. I'm glad there are some options that are not meat heavy or sweet.

I had come when it was extremely busy, and they moved through the line rather quickly. There's a lot of indoor and outdoor seating. My coffee was great, and I see how this place would be a hit with the nearby university.

I love the vibe at brass horn! I have not personally tried their coffee made by their baristas but I did come here to pick up some coffee beans for home. The service was great here! The staff was friendly! I love the inside of the coffee shop, it's very clean and simple looking. Next time when it's not so late in the day, I plan on trying their coffee.

I love this place! Brass Horn has the best hot latte in Murfreesboro. The seasonal flavors are always fun to try & they have uniquely delicious pastries. Follow them on Instagram since they host live music sometimes! A neat place, I'm hooked!

First time visiting. Ordered the avocado toast, matcha tea with almond milk, banana bread and bourbon barrel aged pour over. Everything was delicious. The avocado toast was phenomenal. The banana bread was good but I don't think it needed the chocolate chips. Still very good though. Overall everyone was very nice. I'd definitely go back to get the avocado toast again (probably tomorrow lol) and try other things on the menu.

The Vanilla Latte was good and the gravy and biscuits was super good. I highly recommend this as a stop in Murfreesboro

Tap in below: -Being from Nevada, we had stop in to support a former Nevadan owned business. Ron just got a knee surgery and was hard at work!!! Anna was in the kitchen running around and all hands were on deck making sure everyone was tended to, and had not just phenomenal service, but phenomenal food! The sense of community spoke mountains as my fiancée was wished a happy birthday by a daughter of a firefighter, we watched her open the door for a local who came in, and as beautiful as that was.... Ron was known by all the locals and this restaurant spoke community from the minute you walked in. As for the food: -Steak plate: 5/5 Well seasoned, home cooking. If you've walked into your home and you had mom make you a hot plate of food, that's what this experience reminded me of. Home. There were smiles as we ate, flavors that reminded us of home cooking, just a classic diner experience that makes you feel a sense of community. It was just a perfectly cooked over medium egg, a scramble of steak and potatoes that was seasoned well, just a quality dining experience. -Chicken and waffles: 4.5/5 Southern classic. Breading was the only thing I'd change on the chicken but a fluffy waffle met with sweet syrup and a crispy chicken. Savory meets sweet and it's just done simple and done right. Chatting with Ron and Anna, the community is blessed to have them in this town and the twin yolk is somewhere I'd say is a true hole in the wall you'd miss unless you knew about it. Hoping this provides the visibility for you to share this heart warming experience as well.

The burger was perfectly cooked and had enough lettuce that the fresh crunch came through. Joanie's Magic Sauce was served on the side. It was good with the burger but not the fries. This was my first trip here and I can recommend it. The burger was better than average. I'd give it a 7.8 out of 10. Other than the moldy smell, I can recommend it. The condiments are in small packets on a wall, which I didn't care for, but not the end of the world.

Date of Visit: July 1, 2026…read more After driving all day the previous day we were wanting a real good county breakfast. My wife told me she had just the place in mind and I've been there before too (City Cafe). But when we arrived we saw they were permanently closed, dang. I could taste it. Then the wife recommended Puckett's and they are just around the the corner, a short walk. As we walked up on the place I noticed the marque, retro. The inside was bit as well. We were quickly seated and drink orders taken. This was a weekday morning visit so not too busy. Looking over the menu, I may not have looked close enough, I decided on the "Build your own Omelette". Onions, tomatoes and pepper jack cheese. The wife ordered the B&G. I noticed I wasn't asked about my side? I wounded potatoes. Also rye bread with my omelette, hmmm. Our food arrived, all looked good. I saw my order came with what looked like frozen type of potatoes, perfect squares. I was expecting something home cooked, fried potatoes with burnt edges. Flavor. The wife's B&G looked great, two basques and potatoes as well. The omelette was good, plenty of everything and filled. The wife said here B&G was really good and she's a B&G expert. Over all, all was good just disappointed with the potatoes option and no rye toast. Perhaps they could consider fresh cut potatoes along with the frozen type. Also maybe offer some type of toast. Give the place try if your on the square. Peace.

So much so, we kept talking about it over and over for several months until we broke down and went back. The second experience shattered the illusion we had of the first. Service was extremely rude and rushed from the moment we stepped into the front door and had to deal with a hostess in the worst mood possible for dealing face-to-face with clientele. To the waiter for the evening, who did not want to be bothered with us as they were "tending to a large party in the back". To the food and drinks, which - for the price - were extremely underwhelming. Other than their fries, which have always been good, everything seemed like it lacked the seasoning and pizazz that our meal did the first time we went in. Next go round, attempt at redemption, was met with similar vibes from the previous attempt. Not quite as rude of service, but still rushed/understaffed, and less-than-appetizing fare for the evening/price paid. Sure, everything looks good, but sometimes something is just off enough to clock and you can taste it just misses the mark for some reason or another. Last time we visited just for cocktails and dessert and while our server this time was more than friendly and very welcoming, the atmosphere was still very rushed and we were told yet again that they were 'understaffed' for the evening, so the servers were all darting around hustling as quickly as possible. Made for a less-than-inviting, not quite cozy atmosphere that, again - for the price out here in the burbs - wasn't what we were hoping for.

They did NOT disappoint!! I am officially hooked! From the moment we walked in, I could see and feel the sheer energy coming from the crowd and the ambiance: it already felt like great food and great people. It was packed to the brim for Wine Wednesday! They had one table available for two! Our server, Sarah, was outstanding!! She was sweeter than pie and extremely attentive! She always made sure we had exactly what we wanted when we wanted it. She advised sharing a bottle of wine since we wanted the same one, and since it was half price most wines. The young manager on duty delivered and uncorked the bottle, and she was just as sweet as Sarah! Her name escapes me, but I will find out the next time I go. The Spanish Tempranillo we tried was divine! It was perfectly balanced without being too dry or too tannic or too sweet. It was so smooth and thoroughly enjoyable to drink! For food, we started with the goat cheese bruschetta. It was perfection - rich in flavor and well balanced in the distribution of each component! From there, we tried the special of Steak Tips Au Pauvre - with a peppercorn wine sauce. We chose brussels sprouts as our side, and it also came with a side salad. We weren't too hungry, so we split it. Sarah even had the kitchen split both the salad and the main dish in half for us! The salad was so fresh (with ripe grape tomatoes!!) and the ranch dressing was classic and delightful. The wine sauce was everything I wanted it to be: rich, complex, thick, and buttery. It reminded me of the beautiful sauces you find on a steak or chicken dish at a sidewalk cafe in Paris. The dessert menu looked amazing, but we didn't have any room left.
