I do not know why that took so long, while it was holding up a group of 8 behind us. My Chile Colorado was horrid. It was not chunks of beef simmered in sauce. It was hard strips with some canned sauce thrown on it. Looks nothing like the picture on their Door Dash. My partner, whom I specifically asked for fajitas tejana, no vegetables, flour tortillas, and only rice and beans, none of the sour cream , lettuce etc.; he got fajitas with all the vegetables, no rice and beans, and no flour tortillas.
