He was professional, did what he promised when he promised, and did it well. Our builder turned out to be very unscrupulous and caused many wasted hours for all of our subs, but Dan didn't complain and he continued to do excellent work. When the Builder unexpectedly pulled out and departed our unfinished job, never to return, Dan was professional enough to continue to finish the project with us. Dan was also much more aware of codes than the builder, and he was the one who got us to completion - again having to take on tasks that were not his responsibility. They took the initiative to coordinate with the septic pump firm and got them out that afternoon. Next day they fixed the issue in a manner of a few hours. In addition, Jason, Byron and Ronnie were so professional and just good dudes. My dog thought the same thing and he's pretty picky about who he warms up to. I see a few negative reviews about the hourly cost. That just seems out of touch. We've had other plumbers both here and in Dallas and TPH's rate is right in line and frankly better service. The tech spent no more than 10 minutes at my house and charged an additional $200+ just to change the fuse, which he claimed was the problem. I was out of town at the time and was told by my dog sitters that the furnace stopped working again 2 days later. I came home and discovered that the tech didn't even bother to put the electrical box covers back on and left clipped wires on the floor. I decided to hire Call Dad AC & Heating for a second opinion and they actually took the time to properly diagnose the issue for a fraction of the price. Turns out it was a much bigger issue than a blown fuse and Mountain Air Mechanical Contractors ripped me off in an effort to be lazy and save time. They also told me they would charge another diagnostic fee if they had to come back, even though they clearly didn't fix the problem.

I would hire them again any time! The guys were prompt, professional, explained everything they did, and tested before they left to ensure everything worked. I hired another local company to label my breaker box before calling Jaska. I wish I had gone to Yelp sooner because the local company with initials FE didn't even label the breaker panel correctly and charged me $132 for a service visit, not to mention they quoted me a price that was $1500 more than Jaska. I would highly recommend these guys!!!
