The employee that made it actually apologized when he handed it to me (stating that it was runny). I took it to the table thinking it wouldn't be that bad. Unfortunately, I was wrong...it was horrible. I returned to the counter and asked if it could be remade because it was too runny. The employee asked the employee that made the Mix and was told "no, that's how they are". This was not my first Braum's Mix, but it will be my last at this location. Honesty goes a long way. I can understand a mistake, malfunctioning equipment, and a host of other problems. Management....I truly hope you read this and take action to address your employees lack of concern for honesty, quality, and your business reputation. I also really like substituting the drink for a shake! What a great option :) The inside is always clean and has salt/pepper at the tables which is another great touch that most chains do not do. Braum's makes hand dipped ice cream in Premium, Frozen Yogurt, Light, Fat Free and Low-fat No Sugar Added Frozen Yogurt, French and Sherbet! If you skip the drive-through and go inside you can go up to the counter and also order food such as hamburgers, french fries, and chicken sandwiches. And they also have a small market with fresh pints of ice cream, dairy items eggs, and some snacks. If you can't find the flavor you want in a pint I already packed, if you go to the counter they will do it for you while you wait. I make it a point to visit Braums when I'm in Springfield and you should too!
