Lunch at Braums was great. Cheeseburgers and crinkle fries are always so good. I love that they will let you get a small shake instead of a drink with any meal for free. The service and ice cream are good, but the place needs to be cleaned a lot more regularly. My wife thinks the butter brickle and butter pecan are both great, especially covered in caramel, plus the cost is very reasonable. I've had the burgers and the ice cream, and think they're good. They have perfected ice cream. Better than Blue Bell (I personally feel it is over rated and over priced and choke full of chems) and beats Baskin Robbins any day. The Mint Chocolate Chip was MINTY and delicious, the German Chocolate was fantastic. The burgers were ok, obviously better quality meat than fast food. I just wish I had asked for the bun to me toasted. I hate soft buns, no pun intended. The staff was friendly, helpful and patient. Ice cream is after all a very serious business. The place was clean and they also had a store where you could buy many, many different varieties of ice cream to take home and various other dairy related items, like cheese. Next time I will ask the bun be toasted and if they have any cheese options for the burger. Look forward to my next visit. read more

I love this place; not only do the have great burgers, fries and shakes. The ice cream is always fantastic, and the frozen yogurt is bomb!! They seem to be a bit steep on groceries, and burgers. but there is no better hookup in town for ice cream, and yogurt! Absolutely one of the best, and cheapest places in town to curb your sweet cold cravings. We usually get a junior twist cone for the kid, I get a small twist yogurt, and the wife a small cup of yogurt; and the total?.... Less than $5!!!! And the portions for a "small" are huge; this place is definitely a weekly stop for us. Because nothing beats great treats for a low price! read more

I really like braums, but the staff here is just so so so rude. As soon as i walk in I get stared down until I order and I feel like I am being rushed, or an annoyance. Ive had so many bad experiences here with the staff rolling their eyes and looking at me like they wish I was dead. Ive even tried to joke with them or compliment them, because I understand we all have a bad day, and I just get a blank stare, not even a polite smile. I just can't go here anymore because the staff is so incredibly rude. I really need change to happen, because it is the closest braums to me and it's really affordable, but the staff just needs to pull the stick out of their ass and learn a few things about customer service. read more

I only go to braums for the ice cream.... I have never had anything else off the menu. They have wonderful frozen yogurt, you can get chocolate, vanilla, or a swirl of both. It's really reasonable It's about $1.99 for a HUGE waffle cone!! I always get the waffle cone because it seems like you get more rather than getting a large cup. They have tons of flavors of ice cream and alot of toppings available. They don't have sprinkles though! :( I really like braums ice cream and frozen yogurt and I think they have really reasonable prices! read more

Holy smokes this place was crowded, make sure you get in the right line, it was my fault but I was a newbie lol they had a nice selection of hard ice creams froyo and sherbert. My son hates ice cream and he actually liked the birthday cake shake I got him, my older son got a large chocolate shake and he said flavor was great but he was no match for the American sized calorie bomb lol. Braum's is delicious and I always come here when I'm in town. This location is like the other locations I've been in. It was mostly clean. The staff were friendly and gave me a cup of water without my asking. The Black Forest Sundae was delicious as always. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is the lack of baby changing facilities in the bathroom. I had to clean up my child's blowout in the sink. That's not sanitary nor very safe. I would think a chain such as this could put a changing table on the wall in the women's bathroom. There is space! read more

the ice cream is good and you can't beat the prices but will no longer be visiting this location due to the attitude of the employees. tried to crack a joke with the employees (one of which whom was the assistant manager) only to get a blank stare. the cashier was a girl who seemed very irritated and just wanted to get us out. employees need to cheer up and have a better attitude about their work place. they impatiently stare you down until you order. will not return to this braum's until it is properly staffed. read more

Since moving to Springfield, I have gone to this Braum's on several occasions. Every time I get the frozen yogurt swirl cone. One for me. One for my darling husband. Every time I drive up to the window, they hand me the cones with a big shit eating grin that says, "Good luck trying to drive with two cones in your hands!" I then tell them, "Um, I'm driving, can you put these turned over in cups in a bag?" EVERY. FRIGGIN. TIME. I've tried telling them through the speaker to do this, but then they throw the cones in the bag so that they are melting through the bag or they give me cups of frozen yogurt without cones. How is this that big of an issue? I know you are a bratty teenager, but can you try to use your critical thinking skills to assess the situation and act accordingly? I went through this again tonight. This week's hire with attitude questions why I want the cones in a bag. I tell her that I can't drive with two cones in my hand. She then says, "Some people are better at multi-tasking." Seriously? I really need my self-esteem lowered to simply get my frozen yogurt on? I HATE THIS PLACE. BUT, I LOVE THEIR FROZEN YOGURT. I wanted a chocolate syrup sundae. I was given a hot fudge sundae. I don't like fudge. It tasted like fudge. It looked like fudge. It clumped up like hot fudge does when it gets cold.
