However, on this visit some of the fruit just didn't taste quite right..the cantaloupe and cucumbers were bitter and/or tart. So I took this cup back, stated my problem and was looking forward to a replacement cup. However, instead of the owner using proper customer service manners and apologizing for the inconvenience..HE made it seem as if I was trying to get over, by telling his staff/family not to serve me another fruit cup ever again. I even explained this has never happened before and sometimes fruits are just not as fresh as we expect them to be by the time we use them. He wasn't hearing it and stated 'ALL HIS FRUIT IS FRESH ALL THE TIME '..so I asked for a refund and just left. You have just lost a valuable customer!
