My review departs from the others posted this far, largely because I don't go through the drive thru at Sonic--I usually have time to sit and wait for my order. I've been to every Sonic in Muskogee about a thousand times, and I've ALWAYS preferred this one to the one on Okmulgee or the other further down York Street. Here, they generally make your drinks correctly and bring out your hot meal in short order. The waitress took a few tries to hear everything on our order, but she got it eventually. It's nice that they've added screens where you can verify that your order has been entered properly. All the food was, as it usually is, hot. They brought out one of the wrong drinks (a lemonade instead of a mango slushie) but quickly fixed it. From all the times I used to come here on Friday nights after football games to now when I am visiting, this is definitely my go-to Sonic. Don't go to the one on Okmulgee or you'll probably leave thinking "Womp womp womp." read more

We placed a mobile order when we were five minutes away so we could get something quick and easy but ended up waiting 45 minutes on our food. When we got it they gave us food that wasn't ours and had to wait another 5-10 minutes on our correct food. Wasted my time and my food wasn't even hot and my drink barley had any ice in it!!! read more

I don't have much to say except that it wasn't busy at all. There were 5 cars in the lot. It took almost 20 minutes for my food to come out. My tator tots were not even hot. I could tell they had to be sitting in the warmer for close to 30 minutes. The burritos were also not warm. Everything was cold and service was slow and I also asked for extra picante sauce, and received 3 packets. I orders 3 ultimate meat and cheese breakfast burritos and a bacon egg and cheese toaster meal. Sadly to say I thought sonic drove-in would have gotten better since I worked there over ten years while in college but apparently not. I suggest you don't waste your time and go to a better establishment like smack that which is across the street. read more

Do Better Sonic. What my husband and I experienced this evening waiting almost 30 minutes for our order to be brought out was not acceptable. That should happen to no one at anytime, especially when it is a mobile order. Accuracy is key. In this day and age of being short handed and everyone on edge because of this insanity we call life, you have to stay on top of your game, you can't slack anywhere. read more

If I could give them zero stars I would. I drive 15 minutes from my house to the only sonic open in town at night. I get there at 11, on their window it stats the hours. They close at 12. The girl on the mic tells me that they are closing an hour early tonight. If that's the case then they need to fix their hours. The girl tells me it's because everyone is scheduled to leave at 11, that's a problem that the manager needs to fix. I will not be returning to this location, I will from now on drive to the one on the other side of town. I now have a very upset kid with me. Very disappointed. read more

The service was terrible. I pulled into the thing told them I had a pick up order and my name they said it'll be out in a minute I waited an hour and there were barely people there. I pushed the button again they told me the same thing I waited 30 minutes and they still didn't bring it out I went to the drive thru they told me they'll get it ready they never even started on the food and didn't even remember me no refund or free item for almost 2 hours of waiting. I would love to give a zero star rating but I can't. took almost 10 minutes to answer the call button with only a few cars in the whole place. When I ordered the food came out wrong and I didn't check till I got home (my fault) couldn't taste anything but mayo and I ordered it with mustard. looked at the burger and mayo was oozing all over it and there was almost no veggies on my burger. the grease always tastes like it's 2 weeks old which ruins any sides. After a really long day of work, I wanted to reward myself w/a Butterfinger Blast. I ordered a small & the girl that brought it to me was not friendly in the least. After a few bites, I realized the only Butterfinger in the blast was what was on top. That's it. The rest of the cup is nothing more than vanilla ice cream. At nearly $5, I expect some Butterfinger in my blast. Disappointed & irritated. No wonder this store is rated so low! read more

I am a frequent sonic visitor and in the past few weeks, I've been to this sonic 5 times. Each and every time, I've waited no less than 25 minutes each time. (The longest wait was 40 minutes, I preorder on the app so they already had my money so I waited) Only once out of those times was my order correct. Just this evening my sonic blast was completely WARM by the time it got to me and the carhop said "I know you said no cherry but we put a cherry on it and we're out of whip" as she was handing my husband his shake. She also gave us skinny straws and no spoon for my blast. I feel like I've given this location more than enough chances and at this point it's just out of hand. read more

It's pretty good, if you don't go when it's slammed. If you do decide to go when it's slammed go through the drive thru. They ignore you when you pull into a stall the drive thru is the only thing that gets attention. read more

Worst service ever! We ordered and when we get to the window they didn't even give us our whole order then proceeds to tell us that we didn't order what we were telling them we ordered so they look at the receipt and says they can't help us bc they gave us what was on the receipt. Over 15 minutes for someone to answer the button to order. They weren't even busy, over half the stalls were empty. Had to call their telephone to tell them and the lady who answered the phone was rude. Asked if I could place an order over the phone and she replied with a tone "uh, yeah" then put me on hold. They finally answered the button, and I ordered one drink. 30 minutes later I got my one drink. Drive across Muskogee to go to the other sonic if you can. Heck, drive to broken Arrow and order there, you'll probably get served quicker including the drive time. read more

I just can't see myself eating here again. The last few times I've given them the benefit of the doubt I sit in line for over half an hour and I get a messed up cold order. My goodness this sonic sucks. Came down to Muskogee from California... never had such bad service, we were told to wait at the drive thru window, sure, it was 12 am. 2nd slowest drive in ever, refer to review of the sonic on 1921 n York for the slowest ever. Plan on at least 25-45 min in drive thru with 1-2 cars ahead of you. read more
