I don't understand some of the low reviews for this location. I was hesitant to go here, but was craving a chocolate yogurt shake. So glad I did. This place used to be great but the past 3-4 years it absolutly sucks in every way except ice cream. For 1 the food is not the same quality it used to be and they never get the drive through orders right and then want to argue with you when you tell them its wrong. I bet they have stolen $200 worth of food from me over the years, charged for it only to get home and food is missing that i paid for, i mean whole $12 tripple meat burgers and other various items. Stopped here for dessert while rolling through town. Being from out of the area, I noticed several of these while traveling in the area and decided to try one after a horrific meal at Schlotzskys or whatever it's called. Went thru the drive thru and ordered a chocolate malt. Wait time was ok - and the staff was friendly. Malt was also good - standard dairy ice cream type place. read more

We always stop at braums when traveling. Best ice cream ever!!!! Their meals are good too and also inexpensive.

Lights are on, people are inside, but the store is not open for business. The website says this location serves breakfast starting at 6:00am. It is 6:10am and they are not open. I am not sure who is running this location, but it's not looking too good. If you do not open at 6 -- then change the website to reflect actual business hours. read more

We love our ice cream from here and come once every week. The lady taking our order was amazing she needs a raise because she was trying to upset so nicely! The gentleman at the window was very nice. They accidentally made our Sunday into a mix and he originally said it was fine and was fixing our sundae. This lady I believe her name tag said haven came around the corner and demanded the already licked mix back and had us pull forward. Not that we wanted anything free and could have paid for it but she takes her job way to serious when all they were going to do was throw it away. Keep up the great work otherwise read more

I've traveled the country by car quite a bit and it's always a delight to eat at Brahms. The food is always fresh, the people are always nice, and you can go inside and even do a little grocery shopping. I think for a convenience food restaurant they have one of the Best breakfast tacos. The tomato and onions are always fresh, the eggs are always cooked well and the tortillas are always fresh. I can't stand having a breakfast taco and then you look down and it's dripping out of the end onto your shirt. Soft scrambled or runny scrambled eggs grossed me out and if there's that much juice coming out tells me the tacos are cooked incorrectly. I've never had an issue that Braums. Love their hamburgers , and I especially love their shakes. read more

Hamburger meat was cold, hard and dry. Fries were cold and taste of old grease. Dining area ice and coke machine out of order. Air conditioner was not working (over 100 outside). Flies, gnats and spiders were swarming inside store. This Braum's was dirty and lots of flies as usual. Tables, floors and counters dirty and the flies are always there. Many employees but no one shows concern for the filth in this Braum's. Time for another Manager or District Manager to clean up this nasty store. read more

I walked in Braums on a weekday around 2pm and only one other couple were eating at a table. The employees were just standing around looking aimlessly at me. I ordered a milkshake, and immediately noticed the filth as I walked up to the register. Pools of milk, and splatters everywhere...Floor and counters had not been wiped, multiple flies swarming, Redi-whip cans on the floor..Not to mention the waffle cones were not covered, so the flies had a field day gnawing on them. SO super disgusting and I will never go back to this location. The milkshake made me sick later that night. Please avoid this place. However, if you are a fan of filth, poor customer service, and teens standing around doing nothing then take a trip there. Food Inspectors will have a blast at this place...I was inside Braums in Mt Pleasant for 10 minutes and saw several violations. read more

So, we get malts at Braums whenever we travel and we travel a lot. I always check to see how clean it is as they all seem to have a problem keeping their stores clean. Most are OK. But this one in Mount Pleasant is the dirtiest one I have ever been in. Every table was dirty the trash had been removed but they hadn't been wiped off. There was a spill in the floor that hadn't been cleaned up. All they had done was placed one of the yellow signs telling you caution. You had to walk through the spill because it wasn't room to go around it. Every surface in the ice cream area was dirty with ice cream all over it handprint there was trash on the floor. There was ketchup everywhere. There was stuff all over the counters where you checked out. This was the dirtiest Braums I've ever been in, and I will not be going back. read more

This has to be my husband favorite hamburger place. He certainly makes up reasons to get to town around lunch time so he can get his regular Cheeseburger with fries and of coarse the chocolate shake. Everyone knows us and usually will start on his order soon as we walk in the door. No complaints other that wish for more seating. They serve ice cream as well so great family choice for lunch or dinner. They even have a small market that you can buy meat, breads, fruit, veggies, milk and eggs. read more

My family have frequented this location many times. Food is always fresh and tasty. However the atmosphere is horrible. Everytime we have came in the same manager is always screaming and being so disrespectful to staff. I ask the young lady today we the manager was to my shock she informed me that it was the store manager. If that is braums standard for management I will NEVER suggest anyone to work or patronize Braums again. That Manager needs to go she is giving Braums a bad image. read more

If you are looking for a leisure lunch, then this is a good option in Mt. Pleasant. The ice cream is fantastic, but they also have some decent fried foods. Me, my mom, and I went to Braum's up here at 9:40Pm tonight for dinner. I decided to order a chicken strip dinner since I wanted to try it out. The waiting time was good as expected. Here's what consisted of my chicken strip dinner: 4 pieces of fried chicken tenders A medium fries Gravy Coleslaw Potato roll Braum's dipping sauce A pat of butter for the roll A large iced sweet tea (as ordered) 2 sides of ketchup (I got them from the ketchup machine) Here's the negative aspect of my dinner: The coleslaw is just NASTY! Mom was leery of it, because I'm sure she tried it before. My brother tried a bite with his French fry and quickly closed the lid to the coleslaw. He shook his head no, so I knew he said its nasty. I smelled the coleslaw and quickly closed the lid. It smelled REPULSIVE and my mom and I both agreed that it smelled literally like a rotting fish... The potato roll was cold and I didn't like it that way. Why serve me a pat of butter when the roll is cold??? The Braum's dipping sauce? I don't really know what kind of sauce is it. Beside that, I didn't get the honey mustard I asked for on my order, so I had o walk back to the counter a second time to ask for the condiment... I love their Strawberry Ice Cream Cone! We were headed home to Arkansas when we realized we didn't stop by the branch in Sulphur Springs, so we drove 2 miles into town from the freeway just to go get my Strawberry Ice Cream Cone. We also had the #1 Hamburger combo on the menu. Their ice cream is much better than DQ or Baskin Robbins, in my humble opinion. At least, value-wise. read more

At this location on different occasions I have encountered a couple of female employees with attitudes from HELL, in addition to a few other employees with BAD attitudes, I have talked to store & corporate management & was brushed off, seems they have a very high turnover rate of employees and take what they can get for their workers and tolerate whatever happens, if you go to this Braums beware !!!!!!! To add to my bad experiences at this Braums, their drive thru speaker is near all of their refrigeration units & it is very difficult to hear or understand when placing an order, this is in addition to the BAD attitudes. read more
