Absolutely horrendous service and attitude from the workers. We went in 9/20 at 8pm. The young man at the register had snarky comments and did not want to be there and made not only our, but his coworkers problems. The young lady in glasses named Stephanie was so rude to us that we genuinely had to ask each other if we were over reacting. She was rude and unprofessional. I have been in the service industry for over 10 years FOH and BOH, I understand we all can have a bad day but we don't take that out on each other or the guest. They mentioned they were short 2 people and we said no problem, no rush. We all know what that's like. Travelled from San Diego and Phx, AZ. Will not ever go back to that location. Management really needs to take a look at their register staff and ask themselves if these are the faces they want to represent their brand. I was passing through and stopped to grab lunch and use the restroom. The bathrooms were right by the front door, which was handy, and were very clean and stocked. I ordered my burger at the counter and it was quickly done. I took it to go. They were very busy, it was lunch time and they are right off the highway. My last review was pretty high for this location... This one is a tad bit lower based on my last three visits. The last three visits I have gone for coffee and the coffee has been empty or a few drops left in the Spicket along with no creamer in the designated area for sugar, creamer, etc. When I told them the coffee was empty, of course they were nice and refilled it promptly, but I didn't notice the coffee was in a prepackaged bag, which is probably standard for most businesses, I guess I expected Brahms to have fresh copy that wasn't freeze in a bag. We are traveling back to Illinois, stopped to get gas, go to the bathroom and get lunch. We saw Braums all over Texas so we decided to stop. There was a little bit of a line which was fine it was around 12:30. The young lady was great trying to take orders but the people in line acted like they have never ordered food before. It was painful to watch her have to ask question after question and these people act like she was speaking a foreign language. We each ordered a meal and you can get fries or yogurt as your side and you can get a drink or shake. We both got different burgers and fries and I got a drink and he got an eggnog milkshake. The food came out and we had 3 burgers, none of the ones we ordered. We decided to just go with it because other people that ordered in front of us also had extra burgers. We thought maybe it was their way of saying sorry for the line but it really was maybe five minutes so it's no big deal. If you want a burger with raw onions barely warmed then you will enjoy these burgers. I picked the onions off and then it was just a plain double burger with nothing. We both had ordered singles, he ate the one burger that had everything on it and then we still had one plain to take with us. The food was hot, the fries were crispy and while we didn't get the burgers we ordered they were still hot and good. I would give this place another try. read more

Went there to get bread and ice cream- ordered a small frozen yogurt in a cake cone. The yogurt came to the top of the cone, I asked for more and he asked the manager and that's the way they make it. Today, Labor Day, 09/01/2025 at 4pm, I was served a broken cone with dripping ice cream. while still at the drive thru window, with this embarrassing excuse for a product, I look the worker in the eye and show him the cone while asking, "does that look right to you?" The young man had no answer and simply asked, "do you want me to make another one?" He should've made it right the first time. I would be embarrassed to hand a broken and dripping cone to a customer. So, as I'm waiting on my to go order, they call the number after mine which hey, that's OK, maybe mine takes longer no big deal so the kid took off with it and I saw him walk over to an adult and as they rifle through the bag they realize they have the wrong order. They bring it up and the counter says oh that was supposed to be a different number and he calls my number and sets the bag up there. I say you're gonna actually serve me food that you gave to Guy and then they brought back up. He said I'm pretty sure they didn't touch it. Well, I saw them and they did. Luckily, all they fingered was the fries so I threw those away and just ate the burger. He should've just remade the order instead of trying to pass it off and then argue with me about it. Trust me, I know it's hard to hire good help, but come on give them some basic training on etiquette. Well I'm not much into fast food but came down to check out Purcell, which is often called the "Quarterhorse Capital of the World" and decided to get something quick. Not shabby at all. I like the grocery store in the restaurant. The cheeseburger was the ideal juicy burger, scrumptious and very big. Hi. My name is John and I am from Louisiana. What does that last statement have to do with this review? Plenty. First, this was my very first time in Oklahoma. Second, I stopped here for a bathroom and food for the road. Third, This place is weird, but may be normal for someone from Oklahoma. Just to clarify, it is weird, but in a cool way. It is weird in that it is half grocery store half fast food restaurant and ice cream shop. Never before have I experienced this combination, but it works. The grocery store half was small, but had a lot of variety. You could shop for the essentials here, and there meat selection would actually rival some chain stores back home. The fast food/ice cream side was typical of what you would find at a stand alone fast food shop. There was a counter where you would order, and tables where you could eat. I opted for a pretty simple cheeseburger to-go. It was better than the major chain fast food joints, but behind whataburger if that gives you an idea of where it ranks. If you are just passing through, I encourage you to stop at one of the Braum's locations. read more

Wow! We think Braum's is fantastic! We stopped by on our way through twice in one week, there and back from Colorado to Dallas!! We were greeted by Sterling in the general store area and we bought a few snacks for our roadtrip. He was a personable, knowledgeable and friendly fella who likes his job there! Friendly managers greeted us both visits. We liked all the front counter servers at the icecream and food areas, they were great team players and worked so well together, so impressive! We really liked the dining room stocking/cleaning lady who was very kind, too. Drive-thru operations looked like it was an easy flow, very smooth... Yet, we were dine-in customers. Really? Typlically, Braum's is a clean chain-type store with good service. This one was the exception. We went there on a Sunday afternoon. All we went in for was ice cream. There was one person standing in line in front of us. It took exactly 17 minutes for us to be helped. 17 minutes. Do you know how long that is when it's hot outside and you're tired? It's 17 minutes. That's how long it is. We were not greeted with anything like, "Welcome to Braum's" or "We'll be with you in a minute." We just stood there and waited for 17 minutes while they waited on ONE customer. When we finally got our ice cream, we proceeded to the dining area where there were NO clean tables. None. There were plenty of employees standing around but none of them were wiping down the tables. We used napkins to do it ourselves. The restrooms were absolutely filthy. The waste cans were overflowing. There was toilet paper all over the floor. The area around the sink was filthy. Again, there were plenty of employees standing around. However, none of them were cleaning the restrooms. I went into the market area and decided to buy a few things. The checker didn't smile. Didn't say, "Thank you." Didn't say much of anything. He seemed miserable. In fact, virtually everyone there seemed miserable. This is a place I will not be visiting again. Not ever. Just bought a simple laege chocolate shake, it cost us over $5. We do like Braums ice cream,but this is ridiculously expense.

Waited in line for over 30 minutes for my order. when I finally got my food my fries we cold. Not even a LITTLE warm. Burger was fine. They have also been out of large cups for over 2 weeks now which is ridiculous. Y'all used to be so fast and a great bite to take on the road but now no one has time to sit in your lines for that long Unless they truly have nothing better to do. For those who do not know. Braum's is an original Oklahoma fast food restaurant. All the products are local. However, this location is really nice. It's show's the new Braum's architecture vocabulary, which is welcoming. When dining inside the space makes you feel like your are at a downtown restaurant with a slight fast food twist. Whenever I'm traveling to Oklahoma I make sure to stop at Braum's. It's just wonderful and the food is great. read more

Stopped here tonight after a long drive up from south Texas. The burgers and fries were fine. That said the young folks are the reason for the 1 Star. My companion ordered a shake instead of a drink with his combo. He asked 3 times for it. We finished our entire meal and he went up and asked again for the shake he paid for. We have been coming to this Braums for almost 8 years and it is getting worse and worse every time. They either leave some thing out every time and you have to go back, or the food is just not even warm. Just bought 3 burgers and all 3 were cold. If you aren't familiar with Braums let me tell you about it. It's your typical burger and shake sort of place with lots of fast food burgery options as well as chicken fingers and frozen treats... But it also as a grocery section, which makes it stand out from your typical fast food venue. It's great for travelers because you can pick up some snacks on the way while you stop in for some lunch. This is a great place for ice cream, burgers, and more. Something that's been missing in the latest reviews has been that this place is 100% local they have a farm outside of Newcastle, Oklahoma where all of the milk is produced which they use in their ice cream production, shakes anymore more. Also they contracted with a local bakery so none of this comes from far far far away it's all local here right here in Oklahoma. This makes it delicious. Always found the staff to be courteous if not super busy, is on the interstate and that makes the drive thru very busy. Always enjoyed it every time I've gone and will highly recommend it to anyone on route to Dallas or other places. read more

Braums used to be good, back when they had 1/3lb burgers and didn't scam everyone and charge them for a milkshake with their value meal that they didn't want. If i want a milkshake, I will pay the extra 50cents for it. After they changed their burger to 1/4lb and changed the bun, braums pretty much sucks. read more

Quality food at a good price and a farmer's market with frozen and fresh food to buy inside adjacent to the restaurant. Amazing!
