With litterally ONE other group of customers in the dining room; there's no reason to allow a locator meal to dwell, until it gets cold. Let me say this. The only thing good about this McDonalds is the Sodas. Our ticket for lunch was $18.51 for the following. 4 McDoubles the small double cheese burgers. 1 large French fry to split with my friend. 3 large Diet cokes. I could of had a very good lunch at cattlemens for that money. The burgers were the YELLOW TRAY VARIETY The French Fries were decent. The Sodas were great. The burgers were very dry. Little to no flavor. The were thrown together. Buns off to one side the meat off to the other side. Fries were decent and fairly fresh I'm sure because of the volume of orders. We wanted Catsup for the fries. Their little cup dispenser was empty. My friend went to the counter to see if she could get a few cups for the catsup. The service staff looked at her like she had lost her mind and like how dare you even ask. Well. After the Manager goes off to find more little paper cus for the catsup. She returned in a few minutes with the cups. My friend went to get catsup and returned to the table to find her burger was not only dry, it was stone cold. Ray Krock would turn over in his grave at the way McDonalds is run today. The prices are so not worth it. It really irks me that they advertise a beautiful burger and a French Fry Sleeve packed with fries. Nothing they hand you over the counter even remotely represents their advertising pictures. It's not just one McDonalds. No matter what state what city. McDs restaurants surely need some cleaning crew to come in and either clean or replace seats and furniture. Like Walmart they want you to use a POS SYSTEM to order you foods. That kind of make us McDonalds employees. They like so many other stores WalMart included have gone to self check out or in apps, on your phone have weeks. If you're like me perks don't do much for me unless you get in front of you what they advertise. With McDs. It isn't going to happen. I will say this. If you'll ask for your burgers to be made fresh and not out of that yellow meat tray. You WILL get a really good burger. You'll have to wait an extra 5 minutes but, it is well worth that wait. McDonalds. Keep serving substandard meals and all you'll get eventually is people who could care less what kind of burger they get. It's about that bad now. No more for me. In my opinion you've priced yourself out of the market and many of your stores are dirty and seats torn or ripped. Rest in peace McDonalds. I've given you my last dollar. read more

Terrible McDonalds. Ordered for 5 people, they had us pull into a spot to wait. When they brought the food they forgot a cheeseburger an order of fries and the dipping sauces. One of the other cheeseburgers was ordered with mustard only and they made it plain, no mustard. So we had to go in and get the correct items. All of us had undercooked fries. Decided I'd give it another shot after a butchered order Saw deal for 20 nuggets for $5 and decided I'd get a large coke and large fry with it, My wife ordered a McDouble and large fry.... what we received was an appalling attempt at our order. Received 10 piece instead of 20. Single cheeseburger instead of McDouble, large fry?.... nope...medium. Coke was mostly carbonated water. The fries were half cooked and cold and soggy. This McDonald's is the ugly stepchild of the McDonald's legacy. When you bring up that they messed up on your order they get defensive and argue as if you were one who made mistake.... even though receipt clearly says otherwise.
