Got the 5 burger meal and a banana milkshake. Asked for mustard packets which they said were available and supposed to provide since burgers come with pickles and ketchup. AWESOME!!! Great Product and Prices. The Ice cream is wonderful and the food is always fresh since they grow the beef on their own ranches. We were served via the drive-through. The employees were friendly yet professional and helpful. The breakfast items we ordered (California omelet bagel, bacon/egg/cheese bagel, bacon/egg/cheese biscuit) were substantial and tasty. The one issue was that the California bagel was messy and would be best enjoyed on a plate with a knife and fork. This would be a good choice if you want a quick breakfast at a good price. read more

Worst experience ever.! Everyone had attitude. Except for Sid. She was so sweet. Ordered our ice cream lots of attitude and took forever to get last order of ice cream because they didn't get it. Never asked how many scoops for strawberry shortcake sundae and when asked how many scoops, we told them we were never even asked and more attitude saying "okay whatever they probably gave 2 scoops" and then ordered a jalapeno burger. Took ages to get it out, but everyone was walking around and talking to each other instead of doing their job. Had no gloves on and was touching their body and then proceeding to make food for other customers. The store was not even that busy either. The last two times I have gone through the drive thru here to get sundaes for my family I always ask for them to be placed in a bag because the kids don't stay on and then bam I have ice cream all over my car! Well the last two times I have done this the little lady gets an attitude huffs and puffs and this time told me "I'll give you bags to put them in but I can't" very rude so I'm a bit confused why can they place hamburgers in a bag for me but not the ice cream! Just stopped at this Braun's to have an ice cream. Waited at the ice cream counter and no one cared to wait on us while we watched an employee passing the time with a friend at the register. The older couple that we let go ahead of us was getting yelled at by the lady that finally helped them. I intervened and ask for the manager at which time she started to yell at me while manager almost begged her to quit. Needless to say I'll never step foot in that dump again. read more

Would give 0 stars if I could. This is the absolute worst Braums I've ever been to. I ordered a small chocolate malt, when I proceeded to sip it I was greeted with a full mouth of unblended malt. When I opened the lid I saw that there was literally just melted ice cream on top of unblended malt. I brought the drink back inside to the blonde old lady who served me and told her what was wrong with my drink. I was met with the response "I can't take it back over the counter" like girl...why would I think you could. I then politely asked her if I could get a new one (considering whoever blended my last one...didn't blend it at all) she then looked at me with the most confused stare then responded "nuh uh" in a super condescending voice. So be sure to come to this Braums if you wanna have a non blended milkshake and be talked to like a 4 year old. read more

I am always a fan of Braum's ice cream! My family of 10 descended upon Braum's this past Saturday after a birthday celebration dinner for my son who is turning 40. Our server patiently waited on all 10 of us and got all of us served so we could eat together. They have changed their menu since I was at Braum's last but they will still make your sundae to order. My favorite has always been the Turtle Sundae so I got one scoop of Pecan Praline and one scoop of Peanut Butter cup with hot fudge and caramel syrup, a banana, pecans and whipped cream. I love Braum's, but...another restaurant that the cook is working the register and cooking! Not removing their gloves after taking money or swiping cards. Other visits, the cook had to come to the grocery area because the sale price sticker wasn't removed from last week's sale. He had his gloves on from cooking. I wonder if he got new gloves back at the kitchen! The grocery section is nice, but coolers are broken on a regular basis. Please Braum's, wipe down the areas where people put their food for check out. read more

I went through the drive thru & got 2 mixes. Rosie tried to here you go & throw them at me with no napkins, spoons, or lids! I said excuse me I want spoons & then she came back I said lids too please! Here you go basically throwing them at me each time. I've never been to a Braums until today. What a pleasant experience! The cashier was fantastic...so upbeat and just a delight. She also makes a mean chocolate malt. Thank you LT for making my first Braums visit so special. We'll be back the next time we get to Texas read more

I love Braum's, but this was quite possibly one of the worst experiences I have ever had at any fast food restaurant. Our order was far from being correct. We ordered two bacon cheeseburgers and a junior burger. The order came out as two regular hamburgers and a junior grill cheese. On top of that, one of the cheeseburgers had a quarter size area of green mold on the bun. Things happen from time to time, so we went ahead and order two milkshakes. The milkshakes came out as scoops of ice cream with milk poured over them. I am sorely disappointed to say the least. read more

Waiting my turn in line and was left standing for the employee to serve customers at the food counter that came in after me!!!! We went in to get a burger , and it was a disaster from the first. We had to repeat the order 3times, they couldn't figure out how to take the cheese product off. They couldn't figure out how to order just the burger not the meal. When we got our food it still had the fake cheese on it . The other burger was supposed to be a jalapeno Jack cheese burger, we got no jalapenos. Our food was cold. And they said with a smile well this happens. So you're just supposed to except bad cold food . This seems to be the new Braum's way. They used to be really good but no more. I will never go to another one. read more

Went through drive through at 7.30pm. Wait was 20 min. Ordered burger and sundae. Got to window they handed me the sundae while waiting another 5 min. for burgers. Sundae melting. Notice 2 more sundaes sitting on counter melting away for the cars behind me. Why would they make the sundaes first??? This is not acceptable to have your ice cream sitting there melting before you get your burgers. Also, all they do is dribble some hot chocolate down the inside of cup to make it appear to have hot fudge inside. It does not. read more
