It's good because it's Braum's but the wait is ALWAYS terrible! Even if it isn't busy and there's a million people working.

Stopped in on my way up from TX to KS. Grew up with Braums and the ice cream has remained the same and good as always. The staff was friendly and greeted me as I walked in. They came over to take my order right away and got it completed immediately. I know the food quality has gone downhill over the years but the ice cream has kept up to par at least for the majority of locations. Ended up trying the no-sugar-added vanilla bean and it was decent for a healthier option with having a nice light vanilla flavor to it. read more

I didn't mind the wait so much because I know they're busy but I did mind the fact that after waiting about 25 minutes in the car pick up line, my burger and my fries were both cold (or at least only lukewarm). The fries tasted like cardboard and were stiff and just downright cold while the burger bun was cold on top and moderately warm on bottom. I have a feeling that my order sat on their counter, waiting for me to pick it up inside and that's how it got cold. no point in trying to take it back, I was already home by the time I discovered it. I don't complain about such things, but I was particularly hungry tonight. read more

Service was terrible due to lack of management. It took 40 minutes this morning to get my families food. Multiple other customers demanded refunds due to the wait. The highschool aged cashiers were all playing and jacking around with each other while the kitchen staff was overwhelmed and short-handed. Ice cream is great. Service super slow. I've been in line 20 minutes before and the line didn't move at the order box.

Ordered double scoop of cookie dough and mint chocolate chip. Got regular chocolate chip instead. Ordered chocolate shake. Got a couple scoops of ice cream floating in milk. Took that home and just put in a bowl and ate it. Lady at the drive up window was extremely rude. I guess she didn't like her paycheck. Seemed more focused on it than serving customers. Folks, there's a local lady on Main Street now that serves rolled ice cream and also has a candy store attached. It's very good, not very pricey and the lady running it is much nicer. Keep it local and quit bowing to these establishments that rely more on their name than satisfying their customers. read more

Their french fries are dry, flavorless, and bland. Their employee yesterday told me I was unable to get a cheeseburger, and a large fry, without getting a drink too. I even told them I only wanted a cheeseburger, and a fry, and didn't need a drink. I told them I'd buy each individually. The employees always look unkempt, the store is always dirty. Go to McDonalds for amazing fries, and a good burger. read more

Don't recommend. Two is for the courteous order taker and the observant manger who noticed how long we waited for our food...which he discovered...our food order had been lost. Repeat order came out quickly, but chicken sandwich was not thoroughly cooked. Overall, this Braum's location was disappointing. read more

Great food & service! My husband and I stopped here on the way back from visiting family in Missouri. My jalapeño pepper jack burger was hot and fresh, but I did have to pick off a few jalapeños (there was about a quarter cup on the burger). The fries were big crinkle cut fries that tasted very good and I usually don't get fries. The Man had the crispy chicken club and really enjoyed his meal as well. I think Braum's is the only fast food burger that I'd put up against Whataburger. Our chocolate shakes were creamy and delicious and worth the splurge. read more

I love to stop here on my way home from work and grab a gallon of milk or ice cream for dessert. The food is good and prices are fair. The service is usually good but sometimes I have to wait a long time for someone to come over to the grocery area to pay for my items. One time I ordered an iced coffee from the food counter and waited almost 30 minutes. After a while the manager walked over and asked what I was waiting for. When I told her an iced coffee she apologized and said she would get it for me and give me my money back. I told her I didn't need my money back but would appreciate my coffee. She was very nice and got me my iced coffee. Overall pretty good I just make sure I'm not in a hurry if I stop here. read more

I ordered a Bag of Burgers and didn't get my food for 25 minutes and almost 10 orders were filled ahead of me. When I asked where my food was they made excuses and were unapologetic. Very disappointed and I almost missed an appointment I had made. read more
