I ordered a quarter pounder with everything except cheese. Got all the way home and my burger had cheese ONLY!!!

The burgers that we got were so soggy that we weren't able to pick them up and eat them like a burger. My husband ordered a vanilla shake and instead like usual they didn't listen and gave him chocolate. Service was slow as all get out. Very poor staff. Not even close to customer service. Just now went through the drive thru. Got a #1 cheeseburger. I've been going to this location for 35 years. It's always just been just ok for me but I have to say there is a big improvement! Bethany braum's was fine. Then they shut down for remodel and when they opened back up, they hired a new crew of dumb kids that couldn't care less about customer service. Told them no mustard, then i get it with mustard. Visit before that, the kid didn't even ask if it was 'for here or to go'. Of course, i wanted it to go and they call my number like i was going to eat there. This location has gone to crap. read more

I frequent a lot of Braums in Okc for breakfast, and this one is great. The employees are very friendly and the food is always good.

Seattle does not have Braum's, so I was especially delighted to find this burger joint here in my new home -Oklahoma City. It was 10:49 AM on a Tuesday when I decided to stop for an early lunch and ordered a #1 Braum's cheeseburger which includes fries and a drink. Besides soda pop you can choose sweet or unsweetened tea or a milkshake to go with, I chose sweet tea, mostly because I'm trying to become an Okie . It wasn't especially busy at the counter but there was quite the bustle going on in the back, nevertheless my customer service was friendly and fast. My fries were crispy and hot unlike those wimpy fries you often get in other burger joints and the hamburger was delicious. I was not disappointed. I noticed they offer an apple cranberry walnut chicken salad which I plan to try on my next outing. Their burger beats anything from any other burger joint I've tried so far and the beef comes from the Braum's local farm located in Tuttle Oklahoma. Also something other burger joints don't offer is the little market included inside the store. (photos). At this location a very professional and friendly CSR named Emma manages the register for the Braum's Fresh Market which offers a full line of "Fresh From the Farm" products including dairy and bakery all made each day and over 150 fresh meats, fruits, and vegetables, and so much more. Emma tells me customers especially ask to never stop offering a chili seasoning pack -which you can find at the register counter. On my way out I purchased Braum's ground sirloin and hot links to fix at home to savor and compare later. An update on this review will be coming afterwards. This location has some serious issues relaying information between workers and staying organized. While eating your burger, grab a seat and enjoy the shit show..hi-larious. Food here is as blah as fast food can get. Though my family does enjoy their swirled soft-serve ice cream, but not much else. Burgers taste cheap, chicken strips processed, fries were served to me stale last visit. Low cost is the only reason to ever eat here, if you're on a budget. If not, surely go elsewhere. Too bad the fast food options really suck in the Bethany area. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband and I went there tonight for dinner and I noticed sooo many no no's it wasn't even funny. Not one individual had a positive attitude except one of the cooks. To make matters worse I have worked in food service and I know that if you touch any part of your body without gloves you are supposed to wash your hands immediately. I watched one girl fiddle with her gauged earrings and then automatically with no gloves or washing her hands start messing with the ice cream tubs. Every single one of the workers in there were preparing people's food without gloves. My husband and I noticed only 2 employees who were working had gloves on. The young lady working the drive thru and one of the cooks. I think everyone in there except for the 2 I mentioned need to have extra training on food safety. This resteraunt is very run down! I have worked fast food before and I was año most considering helping! The workers didn't even know what cup was the large! She gave me and my fiancé a medium and said it was a larger! I don't work here and I know this. The manager just left the resteraunt while everybody in here is struggling! The people are not trained at all, rude customer service, out of everything, the fountain drink area is disgusting and looks as if it has NEVER been cleaned. It is verryyy upsetting to come to a place to eat with my fiancé and his grandma who is disabled and the parking lot is not as handicapped accessible as it needs to be. All the handicap parking is on the opposite side of the building. Very inconvient!!! I would not advise coming to this location! Very gross and upsetting! Did not enjoy my food one bit! read more

DO NOT GO HERE !!! The customer service is Very poor. I went here to get a few meals came home and immediately after I was sick to my stomach throwing up . Training on sanitation as well as the importance of MAKING FOOD FRESH is much needed!!! There is no reason food should be handed out cold,old ,stale. I've been a huge fan of Braum's all my life. The quality of the food has always been consistently awesome. Tonight, I was pleased to see that my favorite combo, the chicken club was on special with a large fry and med shake for the same price as the regular ($6.49 plus tax) , so that's what I ordered. The guy at the speaker kept trying to upgrade me to a large shake, and I told him I just wanted what came with the special. Once I got to the window, he asked for an amount that seemed a little high ($7.49)... I did the math, and sales tax on 6.50 shouldn't be a dollar. I asked him how much he charged me, and he got defensive and rude. I told him there was a sign at the drive through with a special deal, he argued that it's what's in the computer. Look, 50¢ isn't a big deal, but don't get all rude just because I questioned the price! Even when a coworker tried to help and tell Kelly (asst manager) that there was a special, and that he rang it up wrong, all he cared about was making sure I knew he was from New York, and that he was in charge here. With that attitude, I'm afraid you won't find Oklahoma much to your liking. I canceled my order and went to Sonic instead... Where they drew a smiley face on my receipt. read more

I've lived in the neighborhood for 17 years and have chosen this location becuase of convenience and the customer service. However, I do believe the level of customer service has changed. I waited at the drive through order speaker for 10 min before a very rude young lady told me to wait a second as before I left. As I drove past the drive through window I noticed there was no customers at the window and a drive through clerk standing there doing nothing. I hope changes is made soon. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I live near this location and have been multiple times and it's always a terrible experience. Today was my last. I waited in the drive thru for 20minutes and there were only 2 cars ahead of me. They drove off. Then the car behind me drove off because the wait was ridiculous. Then I drove around to go inside and order my food. So just to get a junior burger and ice cream cone it took 35 minutes. Then when I got home I realized they gave me the wrong food! Plus none of the staff was apologetic in the drive thru for the wait or to say " I'll be with you in a moment" and when I went inside not a single employee looked like they wanted to be there. So if you like long wait times, zombie staff and getting the wrong order then this is the place for you. read more

I'm visiting from Texas and was told a few good things about Braum's so naturally I had to see for myself. I got the 4 cheese burger, 1 scoop of birthday cake ice cream and I tasted some of my friends blood orange sherbet. All were pretty good and the prices were reasonable, I definitely plan on going back before my vacation is over. read more

I love Braum's because it's an Oklahoma staple and has delicious ice cream, but every time I go to this one, the service is terrible. When I go through the drive thru, whether there are 8 people in line or just 2, it takes way too long to get ice cream. As I'm waiting in line, I can see my ice cream waiting on me for at least 5 minutes, melting, before I can get up to pay for it. Tonight, I was in line for 15 minutes. When I got up there, my ice cream was waiting in the window, 4 workers were standing at the window, and it still took too long for someone to take my money. No one apologized for my long wait, I didn't receive a thank you, and my candy hot fudge sundae was inadequate. I barely had any hot fudge and I got m and m dust. I paid $3 for vanilla ice cream. I am not happy with Braum's at all and doubt that I will be going back. read more
