My husband and I stopped in Henryetta for the night on our way to Colorado Springs. We chose Braums because it was an easy walk from the hotel. The food was so good and the young people working behind the counter were so friendly and helpful. They really seemed to enjoy they're jobs! Fantastic! I came in here cause my brother said it was a local thing that we might not get to try again unless we were in the general region. I got the chicken dinner which consists of chicken strips, fries, a dinner roll and a drink. It comes with really tasty gravy for dipping and also a cup of Braums sauce. I did a fair amount of dipping in both cups, but the Braums sauce was absolutely delicious! Oh they also gave me a chocolate pudding cup, almost forgot. It was a mountain of food for just 10 bucks. The fries were hot and crispy and the strips were cooked to perfection. There's also a convenience store connected where you can buy anything you need while on a roadtrip, and they have Braums branded products like ice cream, butter and sweet baked goods. The food was always good but when you go in for ice cream the people behind the counter always look frustrated and annoyed making it a bit anxiety inducing when you feel the need to rush. I suggest looking at the menu before you go to this location so you know what to order in advanced. They have a lot of seating. Almost no staff wears masks. The prices are fair for the ice cream. Shame on Braum's for not having a changing table in the restroom or offering a family restroom. I didn't buy a single thing here. I brought two car loads full of family members here on a road trip... walked in with a wet and crying baby, desperate for a diaper change. Instead, we turned around, walked out, and went to McDonald's, where they have a lovely family restroom with a changing table, in the same area as the nice, new indoor play area. We happened to be in town early for a viewing so stopped at Braum's for lunch. Traveling there to Ok. was tired of burgers, so decided on their new chicken salad. It was very good, and was surprised it came with cottage cheese. I had it again at a different Braum's as we traveled home. Love the ice cream here, both of us enjoyed our ice cream treat. We would go there more often if we had one here. But we don't. The reason for 3 stars is no one around to take our order and then very slow. Had to pay for muffins in small grocery store inside store, no one there either. Then waited again for someone to dip ice cream. While driving through Oklahoma, we made a stop in Henryetta for ice cream. Wow! What a beautifully clean store and restaurant! I would never think to take the time to write a review on Braums, yet this one was so clean! When I complimented about the cleanliness to the manager Darryl, he mentioned that they clean the stone throughout the restaurant, too! The bathroom was immaculate! We haven't found a bad Braum's. Clean, great food, and the nicest folks; just what we expect.

Chicken strips were good, fries where hot and fresh, but gravy was more like soup. Other than the occasional flake of pepper, it had zero flavor, and it was obvious that way too much liquid had been added. I normally love Braum's gravy, but this particular location's idea of "gravy" is not like any other location I've visited. I've had soups that were thicker than this gravy! read more

This place is a fast food joint with a market on the other side. We just came here for ice cream. I got the choco chunk hazelnut and my husband got the butter pecan. Both were good- paid less than $4 for two single-scoops in a cup. I went to this Braum's with some friends. I was particularly hungry so I decided I would have my number 10, the chicken strip dinner, increased to the larger size boasting a large drink and LARGE fries. One of my friends got a number 3, plain and simple, medium fries and medium drink. Our food comes out and it takes no time for us to notice that he has many more fries than me. After seeing my pathetic amount of fries I decided I'll count them, for curiosity's sake. 23. 23 fries, including the small crumbs. 23 fries in a "large". Looking at his they were at least in the 40's, which is roughly TWICE as much. I paid $.50 extra for LARGE FRIES and got TWENTY THREE. I thought maybe I'm wrong (not that that's likely) so I consulted Google. There should be 4 oz in a medium and 6 oz in a large. I should have 1.5x as many fries as my friend with the medium. Does someone care to explain why I had LESS THAN HALF as much as he did. ALMOST LESS THAN A SMALL ORDER (2 oz). I paid more of my HARD EARNED money for less food. This is a joke, the restaurant is a joke, and the only reason I'm giving this 1 star is because I can't give it less. read more

Worst Braum's customer service. Don't go here. Went there twice today once for breakfast then in the afternoon. For breakfast the food was not good and the person taking the order was worse. She was not friendly and talking to someone on the speaker while we were giving her our order. We thought they would be better in the afternoon but customer service was worse. The lady took our order then told someone to make it and proceeded to fill up all the cups instead of making sure our order was filled.
