Shortly after, the same staff member returned to the line and stated that my insurance was, in fact, accepted--an answer that only came after I requested escalation. I reiterated my request to speak with a manager, at which point Carla identified herself as the manager. Carla attributed the initial issue to a call center, but when I pointed out that I received the same response during my follow-up call, she explained that the staff member was new. Unfortunately, Carla did not demonstrate a sense of accountability or urgency regarding the situation. Her response conveyed that this experience was not a significant concern, which was disappointing and did not reflect a high standard of customer service.
