He was here in person, hands on and overseeing everything to be sure it was done properly. He earned my respect for his expertise, accurate work, problem solving, communicating, keeping appointments, and dependable follow up. Sal was quick to respond to my initial request for an estimate. Then he did exactly what he said he would do for the reasonable price we agreed upon ahead of time. He was fast and organized. Over the course of the job, Sal kept me informed when any unexpected issues came up. He laid out the problem and options so I could decide how I wanted to proceed. He listened carefully to all my concerns. He ethically stuck to his original estimate. Overall, his energy and enthusiasm made it a truly pleasant experience. I was so impressed with their first days' work that I immediately hired SS to do additional electrical improvements. When you finally find someone that good it's worth bundling any work you need done and get it all completed while you have someone who will do it right and on budget! We are very satisfied with everything SS Electrical Services has done for us this summer.

I told him just let me know a number it's not that serious. He finally got back to me and his girlfriend's son showed up with him with a massive confederate flag belt buckle I thought it was odd. Bought them lunch. They didn't finish that day because of a bunch of reasons he told me (over sharers are normally lying). He is a squirrelly guy, lacks eye contact. So he tells me he needs more money to finish the job because it was more than he thought. When they come back the following day, I asked him to show me what was more than he thought. He freaks out storms out the house leaving some of his tools lol. Later texts me threats that I should be careful. I still have his tools they work great. Thanks Eric. You going to threaten the wrong guy and they going to go on the offensive one of these days. The next electrician, I hired new Eric, and he said that he used to bully people at another company he worked at and then he was a hot head.
