I called Sal on a Monday looking to have an outside outlet repaired and see about installing another. He came out that Wednesday and replaced our broken outlet with a much better product than had been there previously. He provided a quote for the new outlet the next morning and came out the same day to install once accepted. He even replaced an outlet inside the house for us because it was dated and sharing the same wall of the outlet he was installing outside. Basically, he replaced 2 outlets and installed a new one within 24 hours. Very reasonably priced and gave us a little discount on the work preformed day 2 because we were now "repeat customers". Can't say enough about how great Sal was. We were running a heater and turned on a vacuum which caused the power to go out in 3 rooms. The circuit wasn't tripped, though, so I was thinking that our breakers might be old and need replacing, because it sure seemed like a tripped breaker. I Expected it was going to be $$$ and I said so when Sal got here. He took one look at the box and said nah, everything in your electrical box is good. 10 minutes of detective work later he found the faulty wiring and had it fixed! After getting a few more replies I still decided to go with them because they had the best price and could fit me the next day. Saleh showed up on the time we had agreed on and quickly figured out that the issue with my hall light was one of the switched had gone bad. He replaced it and had the light working in less than an hour. Saleh was friendly and professional. He even installed (free of charge) the light fixture that a previous electrician had taken down while trying to figure out what was wrong with the light. Sal picked up all of the supplies and even exchanged a switch that I wanted on a dimmer. Sal cleaned up everything at the end of the day and checked in with me as to his progress. Saleh was wonderful. I contacted multiple electric companies for quotes on upgrading the electrical in my garage. I originally requested a subpanel, outlets, conduit extension, etc. Saleh was the last person of 3 to come quote me, but I am so thankful I had him come out. While here, he walked me through everything and even discouraged me from spending unnecessary money on a subpanel because of the alternate solution he could offer me. When Saleh left, he sent me a quote within hours. Another company took 10 days to get back to me. Not only was Saleh the fastest with returning to me with a quote, but he was the cheapest option for more work to be done (new lights, tear down of old electrical wires, outlets, breaker, etc... he even replaced a light without me asking him to do so and filled some holes in my garage without me asking). Sal was great! Called to ask if he could come over earlier. Checked and rechecked our electric range and circuit breakers. Found that our electric line was good. He said he would just look at the range before he left and opened up the back and .....surprise of surprises......found that a small mouse had gotten in to the range and electrocuted itself and shorted out the range. We had the Sears repairman in a few days before and he never even looked in the back of the range. He said simply the stove was o.k. and that we should get an electrician look at our circuit breakers. Sal said he would even come back...no charge....if the new range we get doesn't work.
