This guy keeps rebranding because he is a flake. Kind of felt bad for the guy at the time has a ton of anxiety and wouldn't get me the estimate he promised would be quick. I told him just let me know a number it's not that serious. He finally got back to me and his girlfriend's son showed up with him with a massive confederate flag belt buckle I thought it was odd. Bought them lunch. They didn't finish that day because of a bunch of reasons he told me (over sharers are normally lying). He is a squirrelly guy, lacks eye contact. So he tells me he needs more money to finish the job because it was more than he thought. When they come back the following day, I asked him to show me what was more than he thought. He freaks out storms out the house leaving some of his tools lol. Later texts me threats that I should be careful. I still have his tools they work great. Thanks Eric. You going to threaten the wrong guy and they going to go on the offensive one of these days. The next electrician, I hired new Eric, and he said that he used to bully people at another company he worked at and then he was a hot head. Terrible Terrible service he was suppose to install my generator and update my electric. He did not do my electrical work. He hooked up my generator i stupidly paid him thinking the job would be done. . I had to leave he showed up 4 hours late told me he would finish up the Job then called me said he had to come in the morning never showed won't answer my phone calls. He was recommend by family. I paid for a new battery which he installed any old battery that didn't work i had to have someone else come fix the job. Had to buy a new battery He's a total loser read more

Very bad customer service and unprofessional! Long story short, Eric came to my home to resolve an electrical issue. I was assured what he did would fix it. Well it didn'. so I called him to come and take another look. If I had to pay additional that was not a proble. So he never showed up. I waited a couple week and called him again no answer. I called from a different number and he answered said he would come out never did. So and texted him and told him I he threatened me. See screenshots below. I was never once rude to this man. Basically if you hire him and your problem is not resolved beware because you'll never see or hear from him again. I don't want him at my home any more anyway I don't trust him. read more

Called for service to install outdoor light sensors. A person answered and said he was driving on the freeway. Asked if I would text him to the business number I called and send an address and contact information. I texted him with my name, address, phone number and brief description of the job I needed to be done. One week has gone by and no response. Apparently the company does not need new clients or business. Will not work with someone who has this kind of customer service practice. Sorry. read more

He looked around the house and pointed out some things that could be done in the future as well and seemed interested in safety & customer service. Ultimately, I ended up not going through with the job due to some other issues (not with the electrician), but due to some issues related to working in Niagara Falls. He responded within 20 minutes, and could have been at my home the same day but I was busy, so he came the next day. I had 2 outside electrical outlets to replace, he installed both of them in less than an hour, and he didn't even need the power off to do his work! And He charged me less than what he quoted. You don't see this anywhere else! Only concern that I had was that when I called him about some details to get to my property on the day he was coming over, his phone mailbox was full and I could not leave a message. Recommended this electrician to a friend to rewire her 100+ year old home. He came, rewired one room and said he'd return as her remodeling project progressed.
