They were able to put dark chocolate topping on it that hardened into a nice shell and it was served in a gluten-free waffle cone that was to die for. From candy bars, chocolate-covered snacks, to truffles in the display case and even soft serve with a hot fudge topping, it was tempting to not get several different items when we visited. Somehow, I resisted the urge to get everything I eyed, but only tried two different truffles - the dark chocolate and earl grey. Both of the truffles were solid, with a soft chocolate filling and hard shell. I love earl grey anything, so was especially glad to find and try the earl grey truffle. There are some that come in nice tins with Rodgers shop or lovely scenes. We bought a few of the chocolates to try then and several items to take back home to share with friends later. The prices were good for the great quality of the chocolates! The nice lady who helped us was very knowledgeable and told us about the history of Rogers, it has been around for a very long time. She remembers getting Rogers Choclates in her childhood.

We walked into the downtown area and browsed some shops. We decided to grab a sweet treat before walking back to our ship. After walking in and out of a few other ice cream shops, we noticed Chocolate Favoris and went in to check it out. We immediately noticed that this spot was different. All four of us ordered a different soft serve dessert and we were blown away. I had chocolate with hazelnut spread and hazelnut chocolate candies in a waffle cup. Amazing! We devoured our treats on the walk back to our ship and they were, by far, the best part of our short visit to Victoria and the best soft serve any of us had ever had. Highly recommend!
