Miguel has been the bigget nightmare to my new vintage clothing store. I hired him to build acrylic…read moreracks, 4 large acrylic boxes with rods to hang clothing. First he made the rod too thick and instead of remaking it he told me to custom make hangers to fit the rods. Why I agreed to this instead of making him redo the rod size is MY mistake. He charged me a fortune and I will always have to make hangers specifically for these rods if I run out. He should have replaced them like a GOOD craftsman who stands behind his art/work. My store is pretty extra so the customized hangers kinda fits the vibe but come on!!!! Now the clothes are all hung on his customized acrylic hangers and the rods are sloping. Miguel assures me they will not break but he will come and anchor the rods and so he does. Problem not fixed. Why? He only added support on the ends not the middle so rods still slope. I contacted him again and again he tells me they will not break and he will think of a solution to fix the middle slope. Weeks go by....no contact. I contacted him atleast a dozen times, each time he gave me an excuse or ghosted me. My rods are still sloping. Please stay away from this company. MIguel does NOT stand behind his work. There are better acrylic places in South Florida that would never have made these mistakes and then not fix them.

You can go to this link and see the shirts that were created. Post CAT 5, Hurricane Dorian, we had to get shirts made for our volunteers that were (and are) going out to deliver donated goods. We wanted to make sure the shirts distinguished our organization with others. And it did! We of course were not looking to spend a lot (as our proceeds are going to those in need) but at the same time keep with the quality of shirts. Especially with the post hurricane conditions of not being able to wash clothes as consistently as you can in 1st world amenities (think 3rd world or beyond post hurricane conditions). Nick and his team came through with our time line for both orders we had. He proved to us when we did our first order of shirts that quality did not go to the wayside with the time constraints we gave him. Both orders were done beyond our expectations. On top of that he dropped them off at the Freight Forwarder in Fort Lauderdale to have them brought over via plane for our volunteers to wear the shirts. He stayed in tight communication via text, email and phone and assisted rapidly (and very patiently) on the changes we kept throwing his way of the Donors we had to add to the back of the shirt.
