First off this review is not to bash but to make people aware. On June 24th 2022 I reached out to King DTG pertaining to getting a rush order done. I needed shirts made for my non profit the next day. Lacey's Legacy Non Profit was throwing a bbq in Wynwood to help the homeless. Another company failed me as well( with shirts) so that's how I came about King DTG. I spoke to Kristina and she was pleasant and responsive. WAS pleasant.. So they charged me $287.90 (cash deal) for 10 shirts.Mind you I provided the shirts . Kind of high in price but hey.. I understood.. It's business.. I own a few myself. One of them is a clothing company.. I deal with t shirts, DTG, DTF, transfers etc. however I was traveling from Atlanta to Miami and didn't have time to make my own. So fast forward to the next day.. I'm excited to at least have some shirts for Laceys Legacy.. Kristina texted me earlier around 10am to pick up shirts. Perfect.. I drive over to the apartment complex that I dropped the clothes off.. mind you there is no store.. which is fine. I don't care where they are made personally. I pick them up and look at a few .. decent job.. not great but they will do. Colors were not vibrant as they should have been. But they are shirts. They will work.. So I get back to the house and I look at the woman's shirts. And that's where the problem came. All the males shirts were Dtg.. but the woman's shirt .. I feel them and they are NOT dtg. I know this. For a fact. So I call to tell her( Kristina) and she instantly got defensive.. I wasn't even tripping on it. Just letting them know that I know.. she starts in with we don't use transfers etc etc.. getting pretty loud and kind of rude..nothing about.. sorry you are not happy. What can we do to make this work. Nothing . Now is where the unprofessionally comes into play. I kinda laugh it off and I tell her.. how bout this.. I come and show you and if it's not DTG.. you give me my money back.. she waits a while before responding. I'm sure she was waiting for someone to tell her what to do or say. So she responds with.. that's fine but if they ARE DTG you pay us $300.. Like seriously.. what company challenges their customers like that.. I never once asked her for a refund or anything for that matter when I called her from the beginning. I just said they were not all dtg. She's telling me to drive all the way back to N Miami to compete with her basically. Like I said. I have a bbq for the homeless going on at that exact moment. Which she knew. And is trying to bait me. I told her I would bring a certified printer professional to determine.. however after thinking about it..The way they are acting , I'm sure they need the money and are not going to admit they did some sneaky stuff by putting a transfer on my shirts. And I would have been fine with a transfer, vinyl or whatever.. but let me know and price me for THAT. Not DTG. I have screen shots I will provide showing I wrote them back but didn't send it due to being busy I forgot to push send. At the end of the day I'm not going to waste my time driving back to them to argue over their capability to do good business. So I figured I would let other people know of their wrong doings.. And Kristina is going to come on here claiming this and claiming that. But we all know here ( my people) that it's a transfer. Funny thing is.. she said it's the FABRIC that has it looking like that.. all shiny and scratchy.. I can't provide video or I would share that as well. DTG for those that don't know is Direct To Garment. The ink is printed INTO the fabric.. there is barley any feel to it. Which CLEARLY These (6) women's shirts are not. I scratched the one part and you can see it's clearly NOT PRINTED into the fabric..Mind you.. it's a good transfer. But it's still a transfer. Hopefully they will get their act together and stop be a shady company.I hope this helps someone out . Macka Lama read more

They are nor a real store location they work out of lower apartments in both location sb and miami gardens they over charge 55$ a shirt for dtg not includunt the shirt. I complained about the price after doing my research they canceled my order knowing I was in a rush now. Telling me not to tell them how to run a business and to come get my clothes cus they wont serve me. Yet my Cars worth more then there apartment to buy... So I went to another company was much cheaper real storefront done Same day half the price. read more
