There is no variety of VS at all in any of the locations. Going into the store it's always packed with Pink inventory and it's a struggle to find ANY outfits that are advertised at all. I would like to be able to shop and try on instead of ordering and returning for smaller sizes. VS run big on alot of items . It would be nice to show appreciation for both brands and not just the most popular . Everybody do not wear Pink. I've been coming to Nordstrom since high school, and I've always loved how much of a variety of items they have. They have the ability to reach a variety of customers and offering a variety of items at different price ranges. They really have it all- shoes, jewelry, bags, activewear, formal, kids, designer, beauty. They had some great deals happening and it was very clean. Staff was helpful and pleasant. I love the ebar and grabbing coffee there. I always have a good experience!

went in Saturday, June 7th around 5 pm and had the absolute worst shopping experience. I went in to…read morepick up an online order, get sized for a new bra and shop around. Not only was I not greeted but more like ignored by Lauren at the front counter. After she avoided looking up at me as I stand in front of her at the register, I went ahead and said hello and that I was there for an online order. She proceeded to let me know she'd get with me when she can that she had many things she already was doing. I let her know that's okay and began looking around. I could tell she was either having a bad day or overwhelmed (Although in the store there was maybe 3-4 people including the fitting area). Once I seen her head to the back I thought I'd be nice and head back there so she could do a measurement without having to walk to the counter and then back to the bra area. Not only did she rudely ask for my ID when I asked her to do the measurement while still holding the bag in the middle of the store she did not offer me a bag to put my online purchase in nor did she ask me to check it. Lauren conducted the measurement in the most demeaning way she had me hold the measurement tape to my bust and spin around and when I went "to fast" she yelled at me to stop. She then told me my measurements which seemed completely off because I recently lost a significant amount of weight and that was bigger then any bra size I've had since wearing a bra for 17 years . I asked her was she sure and seen her look up to make a face at her coworker at the register as if I shouldn't have questioned her. I went ahead and thanked her and did not purchase a bra there but instead went and got measured somewhere else which was 5 sizes smaller then what she told me and bought a bra on torrids website. If I shop with torrid ever again it will not be at this location, which is disappointing because It's the closest and I have shopped here for years at this location. I've had many encounters with Lauren, she is never welcoming or nice but today she was plain rude and disrespectful.
