I've made returns and placed online orders and store and they're always helpful. I also really love their clearance selection which sometimes goes up to 50% off of the clearance price. I am a little annoyed at urban outfitters the larger company because I bought a pair of pants size 25 and they fit really well and when I went to purchase a pair of pants in the same size they were way too small as seen in the picture. I don't know why there's so much range within the same brand and styles pants. But that's not indicative of the workers at this location just the company.

We were standing at the register clearly ready to purchase our items, but Erica told us she "didn't know" we wanted to check out because we weren't looking at her. When I questioned how that made sense, she decided I was being "aggressive." Thankfully, I started recording after that accusation. The video shows me speaking to her calmly and normally, despite how unnecessarily difficult she was making a basic checkout. Then Erica announced that she didn't have to sell us the shirt. Fine! We started to leave. A woman who was there in a police uniform actually had to step in and encourage her to just complete the transaction. And somehow it got even more ridiculous: Erica took my payment and then didn't want to hand me the shirt I had literally just paid for. What should have been a two minute checkout turned into an entire production over eye contact. I've never experienced anything like it. Maybe customer service just isn't Erica's ministry.

There is also a considerably large plus size selection. Especially formal and casual dresses. This includes several brand names and store brands as well. There is a massive shoe department. They also offer a smaller selection of accessories including purses and handbags. Prices were incredibly reasonable anywhere from 20-50% off or more of the regular price. They offer a dressing room and you're allowed to take in up to 7 pieces at a time. The team members running the dressing room are were very friendly and helpful. I came away with a very nice haul.

I found a cream puffer coat for only $29 for a large fur baby, normally I can find the really cute clothes in the smaller sizes, but to find an XL high quality puffer coat with a hood in a beautiful color, reasonably priced...........WOW!!!! They carry my favorite treats in all three varieties for 1/2 the price. I have to special order them from Treats Unleashed. Also...... WHYYYY did I find the gourmet peanut butter sandwich cookies thata are $10 at Treats Unleashed here for a fraction of the cost?????? The sales personnel are all extremely helpful, and when asking for a true honest opinion, they give it, they're not just trying to make a sale. A special shout out to Max who's helped me on various occasions. Since they don't carry a lot of the smaller sizes in the store, I do a lot of shopping online. Whether in the store or online, they have many pop-up sales where you can get a great price reduction on many of their items, so you can save a lot.
