MIND YOU I GOT THERE 30 MINS EARLY. That's not the end of it. Today I had another appointment well I just got my wisdom teeth out yesterday afternoon so I was calling to see if they were still able to do my fillings. Took about 15 calls till someone finally answered. I said "I've been trying to call about a question--" cut me off and said ma'am we are busy I was with someone else. So I said scratch that and just cancel my appointment last time I'll be going there. She's super rude and the dr is super slow and takes his time not worth my energy or time so beware stopping here. The doctor and receptionist are related so no accountability is expected from this office

Yeah ok, so I finally went in today for my "scheduled appointment" at 4:15 pm. I arrived early so I could fill out all the paperwork before the appointment, which I did. I then had to sit there and wait for an hour and never got in. I had things to do and at that rate I'd be there all night, so I left. All the receptionist could say was "im sorry" not cool. I won't be back.

I was walking on a broken foot for 3 months before they even knew it. Just said it was heel spurs. I did have a heel spur that came by walking wrong from the 2 fractures. So.. more problems caused from their incompetence.

Always finds a way to mess up something somehow. Also they aren't very careful with their tools or…read moreprecision. Tend to spill liquids or hit your teeth and gums on "accident". I've also seen where they'll say one thing and you go to another dentist and they say that their opinions here are completely wrong. As well as being refused service unless making this my main dentist and schedule a full exam and so forth. Bad practice and work avoid if possible.

They were all very good, very competent and professional. They took whatever time was needed to do a good job. I would definitely recommend them.

My husband had a dental issue he needed checked out. His usual dentist is +300 miles away so we needed to find someone local. The building is pretty old when we pulled up which gave my husband some second thoughts. The high rating gave him the courage to go in. You first walk into an entrance to the office and then to the waiting room. They have updated the inside nicely. It is clean and nicely decorated with beautiful pictures and cute seats for their younger patients. The dental exam rooms are also clean but it looks a bit more dated. I'm not sure how updates his actual dental equipment is but I'm sure it handles most problems. My dentist in LA has a 3-D printer so I'm used to a very updated office. However, Doctor Miles is very professional and is able to deal with most dental issues promptly. We only had a small issue but the doctor handled it fast and did a good job. I would recommend Dr. Miles.
