It took a week to iron out a few problems stemming from the previous facility and then another week to let the current staff know exactly what my family member required to be comfortable. The problem started last night w a arrogant, rude, unprofessional employee who claimed to be their Wellness coordinator. He intiated a conversation with me and succeeded in leading me to this review. He did not have good listening skills and proceeded to tell me what he wanted me to do. He said I was to contact him with any and all issues at the Facility. My contact has been with the manager and i had no idea who this employee was or where he fit in with the chain of command. I recommend before plscing your family member here, to find out if this employee still works there. He claimed to be in charge of the MED Techs there, and told me the Facilty had received 20 new residents in the past 2 weeks so he has had no time to review each individual residents medicine requirements! That is a big problem and not acceptable to be informing me of his failure to comply with State Standards. Im going to say the rest of the staff including the Manager had been doing a great job until this Wellness coordinator put his 2 cents in. Now im having doubts.

Adrian and Mercedes coordinated quickly and made it happen. They communicated with us promptly and clearly, following up multiple times to ensure my mom had all the resources she needed. RN Alicia and RN Marissa have been wonderful, very caring and knowledgeable. My family and I are truly grateful for such a supportive team during this challenging time.

They attempt visits when they want to make them, they obviously have NO plan of care in place for there patients.. They come in take a BP and a signature and that is it...that is not patient care .. When you call them.. You have to leave a message and you don't get a call back for hours... The only way to speak with them is when you ask for supervisor and even then they don't follow instructions!!! I called today spoke with there supervisor expressed our dissatisfaction with there service and requested no further calls or attempt to make visits.. 2 minutes later a nurse was on the phone trying to schedule a visit for the next day!!! They just don't get it .. If you care about your loved ones DO NOT USE this company. There follow through and communication is the worst...They just don't care about there patients..

They do not take cash payments. They also claimed not to take my insurance Molina Care. So they…read morebasically refused to see me. My doctor sent out a referral to them, which shows my insurance. They did not reach out to me when they got it. I called and left a message on their answering machine. They never call me back. Took me three days to get ahold of them, only to be told they won't see me. The lady on the phone was kept telling me they were not refusing to see me. If the company won't let you make an appointment isn't that what refusing to see someone is? The person on the phone kept telling me to call "them" which was confusing because i didn't know who them was, who was she referring too??? Two suggestion please be more specific, don't assume i know how this system works. Second one please start accepting more insurance or cash payments.

I chose this office because it accepts my IEHP Covered California plan. My insurance card clearly…read morelists a $15 copay for Urgent Care. At check-in, I was told I would have to pay $75 because I had not met my deductible. When I questioned the charge, I was shown a printed sheet but was not given an explanation that reconciled it with the benefits printed on my insurance card. I declined treatment, left the office, and contacted IEHP Member Services. I then spoke with an IEHP supervisor, who confirmed that charging me $75 under those circumstances was not appropriate based on my plan benefits. Patients should not have to argue over the cost of a covered visit before they can receive care. Accurate insurance verification and transparent billing are fundamental parts of good patient service. Unfortunately, this experience caused me to lose confidence in the practice, and I have since found a new primary care physician. UPDATE: WORSE - THEY ARE FRAUDULETNLY BILLING ME AND MY INSURANCE FOR A VISIT THAT THEY WANTED $75 FOR AS INDICATED ABOVE. WOW. Going to to see the Doctor became nerve wracking- Until I met with Dr. Singh. He was not only determined to find the root of my issue, but he did so with such gentleness, respect and kindness. After he prescribed medications, and following through with them, I am hopeful and pain free. I am forever grateful.
