If there was ever an issue with my apartment, I would receive a phone call within an hour or two. During the spring, they had someone come and cut the grass, which I very much appreciated. They never showed up unannounced. I experienced extreme frustration when I submitted my notice that I would not be renewing my lease. I informed Cres Properties months in advance that I would not be renewing. I never received any information on move out procedures, so I decided to reach out the week before I was scheduled to move out. I received a quick response with a response along the line of "We didn't know you were moving out! You will get charged extra because we didn't know.". I forwarded the original documentation of the email exchange where I submitted my notice. The GM apologized and said she didn't look into my file before emailing me back. Why wouldn't that be the first thing you do instead of accusing me for not giving an appropriate amount of notice? I followed the procedures that the GM gave me and after 1 month, received my security deposit with no breakdown of the charges. I have called numerous times and followed up with an email asking if they could tell me how much they were deducting for each line item. It has been a month of me trying to get in touch, and alas, no response. Unfortunately, I can only give 2 stars for CRES. I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and do not recommend having them as your landlord. My college landlord was more professional than this!

My experience at EquityTeam blew my the other experiences (which were good experiences!) out of the water. John returned my online inquiry within about 15 minutes. He was personable and easy to talk to. I had a hundred questions and explained everything was new to me. He answered everything in detail; you just get the sense from talking to him that he's an expert in his field. ET is local, which is huge for us. Some of the other companies are regional with offices in Michigan. We worked with John through the on-boarding process. He is awesome to work with. Always ahead of the problem. He had the house up and listed quickly and the property was rented within a couple of weeks. The high-level of service hasn't stopped there. John is available to answer all of my questions (I'm still new... so I still have a ton) and provides the same helpful detail that he did when I was still shopping for management companies. I honestly couldn't think of a better scenario if I tried. Simply exceptional managerial work from top to bottom for about 5 months now.

The also will insist on putting electronic locks on the doors that anyone with access to their system can open and they will refuse to provide details about how this data is protected and stored. Shelter house policy is they do not ask for the deposit back and that the deposit goes to the client. I rented a place from Muench Products and I also abide by the terms of the lease. I didn't break the lease agreement and I didn't destroy the apartment and also the apartment was clean and move in ready for the next tenant. Now Ms Jennifer Muench is the one that has my deposit and she refuses to give it back. She told several lies as a way to excuse herself to keep my deposit. At first she said I destroyed the apartment and that she cleaned it herself which is a lie. I asked her to show me proof that I destroyed the apartment. I took pictures after I cleaned it and I have proof. Every lie Ms.Jennifer Muench has told she has not been able to back it up. She never showed me pictures of what she keeps lying about. My Attorney and I been to court 5 times and she can never face me in court and show me that she have pictures of damages she said I did. I am a single woman with no kids so I couldn't destroy the apartment and why would I destroy the place? This is a public announcement to anyone who rent from Muench Products (Owner Jennifer Muench) she is a theif and a liar. She will fight to the end to keep your deposit. She wants you to keep her place clean and not destroyed, but don't follow the terms of the lease either. I never did anything to her for her to treat me like this. I am not from Ohio, but when I got here people use to tell me that the landlords here never want to give back your deposit.
