The owner is very personable, charismatic, and has a magnetic personality. Within 90 minutes the service was complete and my GF had a different glow. They were friendly, helpful, and able to get me scheduled for early that afternoon without any hassle. I showed up about 10 minutes before my appointment and was already in a chair with fluids running within another 10 minutes. My lips are now extremely bumpy and I whole heartedly wish I would not have come here. This whole process is not going to cost more to have a professional injector dissolve and redo my filler. I can feel every pocket he injected, I have 5 pockets on the left side of my lip and 1 on the right. So not only do I have bumpy lips they are not symmetrical at all. I don't even understand how he thought this was acceptable to a paying client. Also, the cleanliness and transparency, the girl who went in before me, her botox and needle was still on the counter, nothing was cleaned in between our appointments and I was never even shown the product that was injected into my lips. Overall I should have listened to my gut feeling the second I stepped into the place but, this is my warning to anyone else thinking about getting filler at this med spa, just don't.
